User Friendly Service!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of using the platform. I also like having the same point of contact for questions. Deel was always SO FAST to respond to my questions and needs. Way easier to use vs other PEO's I'm familiar with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a contact number and that staff could be reached via phone. I highly value speaking on the phone, especially when working with deadlines. I had to reach out on LInked In and ask someone to call me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to employ a candidate who lives in Canada. This candidate happened to have a license that wasn't necessary for the job. Deel was able to hire this person with no problem, and by the date we needed.

User-Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Deel has an easy-to-use platform. You can integrate various tools, set up auto payments, and easily track your team members' onboarding status. We barely have to log in because we know Deel is taking care of our workload.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their mobility has recently expanded their scope and taken on more volume, which is good. However, gathering all the information needed for a potential candidate took longer than we'd like - especially in the competitive job market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a smaller company and a very lean operations/HR team. Deel not only frees up our team's time and lessens our workload but also provides the team peace of mind.
Smooth Transaction, Works Fast!
What do you like best about the product?
Started using Deel for two months now. I can say that it works really fine for me. The transaction is always smooth, and the transfers work fast. I am not charged transfer fees compared to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love all the things about Deel. Nothing to be compared to others for now. Just continue to provide good service and improvements to your clients. The faster and smoother transaction, the better!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have no problems Deel is currently solving right now. Over All good. I hope you continue to provide good services for me to be more productive. which I believe help me me grow.

What do you like best about the product?
I have worked with a variety of vendors throughout my career.
While the Deel platform is both clean and intuitive, where Deel truly shines is with their support team.
If ever there is an issue I cannot resolve myself or one that requires a little more digging, Deel support is there.
You can easily get support via chat, phone, or email. I love the chat feature, it is beyond helpful to have an immediate sense of support for any issue.
Deel also provides extra support by assigning their clients an Onboarding manager.
Our onboarding manager (Osiris CHilds) is extremely knowledgeable and has been a phenomenal support. We truly appreciate all of his efforts!

Special requests can take time to get back from their legal team, but this is not uncommon.

Deel allows us to hire employees/contractors in countries we do not have legal entities for.
It is very intuitive and fast to work with
What do you like best about the product?
I can recieve money from my company in my desired currency and it makes the whole process of getting paid way easier. It also is very simple to use and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some terminologies weren't explained fully, so I had to google their definitions because in my country there different types of legal entities and such. Also it would be better if I needed to login only once in a device I have already logged in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel makes hiring and paying international employees easier and it is benefiting me by streamlining the process of payment and the creation of a contract with the company I provide services

Deel Advance helps you manage your expenses better when you need it.

There were some times that my pay got delayed. Not sure about the reason but it is just for a day.

Deel is giving us a platform that's a one-stop-shop for benefits and salary.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to create an account on Deel, the list of all required docs is relatively tiny, and withdrawal methods and procedures are described well. I was trying using other solutions, but Deel look is the coolest for me :)

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, Deel has maintenance (as all websites do), so payments could be delayed. I believe that if they have an independent server for payments it will be great
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Receiving my salary :) It is really fast and easy to withdraw money once there are on Deel. Don't know however how is it going from employer's side

none so far but a suggestion would be just to add an option to export invoice/receipts in one csv file with a specified date range.
