Review of Deel platform - account manager Beth
What do you like best about the product?
We recently have used Deel for a Vietnam new hire and Mary-Ann, Nubleth and Beth have all been incredibly responsive and helpful. It is still early stages in the set up for this new EE but their advice and help has been well-informed and quick. Beth has taken over from our old account manager Georgia Kauffman and she has been doing an excellent job so far in keeping us informed of how we can best make use of the platform. Well done team!
What do you dislike about the product?
Trying to set up medical insurance for our ee in UAE was incredibly painful and resulted in two weeks of back and forth with Kristina because the medical proposals she sent me were missing information or not resulting in what I had asked. We got there in the end but it took a long time and would have been so much better if we could have just had a zoom call and done it over the phone like that with a share screen instead of the helpdesk option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our hiring abroad. We dont have entities in non european places so Deel helps to fix this.

The hiring process and monthly payroll are managed very professionally and quickly.
What do you like best about the product?
The possibility to adjust to the specific needs arising from international remote employment. The platform made providing required documentation very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems a bit impersonal at times; it would feel reassuring to know that there is a specific case manager who knows my case when questions come up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel allows me to be employed by a Danish employer but work remotely from Germany while being fully integrated in the German social security and tax system.
Great payment service
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to send invoices and receive payment. It feels safe and secure, and I appreciate that.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have trouble navigating the site and finding where to add new invoices, but it is not that difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am getting paid the total pay that I am contracted for, as opposed to other platforms which take fees from my income, such as Upwork. This is a considerable solution for me.
Deel is such an amazing tool to handle international teams payroll and have great perks and benefits
What do you like best about the product?
Deel Advance and international compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like not having a fast track to talk to someone real.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Handling my salary payments and advancing some bi-weekly earning, that's super cool!

What do you like best about the product?
We are just getting started using Dell but they promise to be a simple way to build a global workforce for our small non-profit.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides yet, other than being pestered into completing this review and making this entry longer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've engaged talent in France and Nigeria. This would have been very difficult to navigate without Deel. Deel made it easy!
Great Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Our Account Manager and Onboarding Specialist were both great. They were responsive and available to answer questions and followed up throughout the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Contract is prescriptive so it was a little challenging to have conversations with our prospective employee.

We used Deel as an Employer of Record to hire into a new market and expand out business.

The most helpful for me is how easiest it is to manage contracts and invoices with a lot of automations.

There is anything that I dislike in Deel.

How Deel manages contracts and invoices as a middleware between the parts.

Creo que lo mejor que tiene Deel es la posibilidad de tener un contrato virtual para cualquier tipo de trabajo remoto, creo que es muy importante tener estas herramientas y creo que es muy bueno para cada uno de nosotros.

Creo que de las cosas que no me gustaron fue que necesitas tus cosas fiscales en orden, al ser mi primer empleo fue un poco dificil tener todo en regla, pero es muy sencillo de hacer.

Me ayuda a que ahí puedo ver todo lo relacionado en mi contrato de una forma muy sencilla, me ayuda a que gracias a esto puedo estar más familiarizado con todo lo que envuelve mi contrato.

The payment was made easy, easy to create invoices and also to add bank accounts to my profile was easy

Nothing, to be honest; the platform was always available. Never experienced a downtime

Solution for payroll complexities
What do you like best about the product?
Quick responses and processes to sort out any reported issues. Onboarding and offboarding process was smooth. It saved lot of time with payroll complexities and labour practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything to dislike about deel but we had difficulties in the initial stage to get exact tax amount. So, there was lot of forth and back with the finalized salary

Initial confusion about visa requirements for Sweden and health insurance, but everything was sorted out fastly. Had some questions about leaves, got quick response
