No hassle international payments
What do you like best about the product?
The experience is super nice, everything is really easy to use and transfers are blazing fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to have a dedicated app with FaceID instead of having to go to the website on my mobile and juggle with the MFA that is on the same device.
Visa cards in more countries would be nice too :)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of my customers are in other countries. Instead of giving money to the bank to do their jobs and waiting a week for the money to slowly trickle down into my account, everything is instantaneous.

We are not obliged to have a bank and society open in every country where have contractors to pay them

Maybe is a little bit difficult to solve some things with the support.

It allows us to pay contractors in every country, even where we don´t have a company and bank account

What do you like best about the product?
Our account manager has helped us to manage and solve problems with our internal deadlines, she is always attentive to meeting our needs, and if there is something she cannot do or that Deel cannot change, she gives us different options until we find a solution, I recommend Deel's service 100%.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, when our account manager is off sick or on vacation, it takes a long time to get support or help from someone else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working with Deel helped us to expand and work with high-quality talent around the world, the service they provide us as a company is more than we expected and we had worked with different companies, but none provided us with what we found in Deel.
It is a very useful tool that fits the needs of our business.

The most helpful thing is that speeds up tasks in a systematic and orderly way. The upside thing is that it is pretty intuitive and safe so far.

Deel facilitates the financial communication between contractors and employers
What do you like best about the product?
Deel was very clear about the documents they needed from me, which is very appreciated. They're also very transparent about the current state of their processes, such as transferring money when we get paid.
What do you dislike about the product?
Usually the money transfer takes longer than it was taking when my company wasn't using Deel. However, I understand that this is a small price to pay to have the safety of a legal environment to get paid in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe Deel solves many legal issues and gray areas surrounding contractors. By providing clear legal documents and a very structured payment method, they ensure that the relationship between contractors and employers is regulated and proper at all times.

Effortless way for contractors when withdrawing money overseas
What do you like best about the product?
As a contractor, I like the Automatic Withdrawal Funds feature, where my payments will be withdrawn to my chosen method every time my payment is received. It is straightforward to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The delay in the transaction and payments to be processed. Sometimes my monthly payments take a lot longer than any other monthly payments. I didn´t get informed about the delay in my payments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel helped me to solve my problem with difficulties when using payment cards. Before using Deel as a contractor, I was told to apply for and use the payment card, which was a highly complex task to choose what was the better option for me as a new customer.
Good cooperation so far, very well communication with Point of contact, no issues found so far.

Quick and responsive communication with Point of contact. User friendly platform overall. Bi-weekly meetings are beneficial for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform seems to be user friendly overall, but it could be more detailed with:
- pending documents required from New Joiners
- confirmation of the date of approval of documents
- reports for invoice payments will have GBP column in addition

Helping to hire people in countries where we can not hire internally. Helps us with HR issues and lack of people for the most significant roles.
Great experience. Good follow up times and resolutions.

All our issues are treated with urgency and as quickly as possible. Also, Julien is extremely helpful and fast.

Some requests could be more automated. Few examples:
- Request to set up a pension plan in Ireland - Not automated.
- Changing a contractor contract is only possible for past dates. We can't program a change for a future date.
