Very fast transactions and low fees
What do you like best about the product?
The fast transactions and the low fees that Deel are providing
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably, the conversion taxes can be a little bit cheaper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy payments between countries.

Very useful and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to receive and transfer money, many transfer options etc. Also, transfer to Wise is quick and without any fees
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I struggle to find the section I want (mark days off, equipment section etc.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No idea, I use the app in a limited way, so I'm not sure what exactly is changing; I don't see anything major. My experience has been quite good from the start.
So easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I am allergic to administrative work, invoices, billing, expense reporting. So much so that I've actually left money on the table with previous companies instead of going through their arcane and annoying processes, which made me a bit resentful.
Deel makes it all easy enough that I don't mind doing it. I appreciate that a lot.

What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found anything to dislike. I can just get in, do what I need to do, and get out, so I haven't explored anything else, and don't plan to. For what I need, deel does the trick perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel was setup for my contracting relationship with a client. It generates invoices and collects pay, internationally, and allows me to report expenses super-easily.

What do you like best about the product?
I hate, hate, hate administrativia, invoicing, expense reporting, etc. It makes my skin crawl. Deel has managed to make it so easy that I no longer mind doing it... mostly because I don't have much left to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't run into any problems so far. Since it does most of what I need for me, I haven't had to explore it much, spend much time learning about it. I pop in, do my thing, and leave.

Deel was setup for my contractual relationship with a client. It creates my invoices, collects my fees, and I use it to report expenses, and get them promptly approved. I don't need it to do more, so I'm happy with it.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the summary on the front page that I can access to different tabs promptly. For example, I can use "Quick Access" on expenses where I can submit them immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
It'd be really helpful if some functions were set up in a more detailed way. For example, on Expenses, having a "category" for submitting expenses altogether would make it so much easier to manage and organize them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In terms of my paycheque as a contractor, I had a hard time organizing my pay. Every time I needed to check my bank account to see my pay. But with Deel, I now can access all the history of payments which are amazing.

The core concept of engaging employees from all over the world without the hurdle of incorporating an entity.

So far, everything has been great. The time for processing tickets may be slightly improved.

Deel helps us avoid risks related to engaging candidates from countries with more complex labor laws in which we do not have a presence.
The interface is intuitive and the support is responsive.

How easy it is to upload receipts to be reimbursed.
It is clear, which documents you need and there is an explanation of how to get them.

What do you dislike about the product?
1) even though all the documents are explained well, it's still difficult to figure out and the deadline to make them ready before the start date was too short.
2) There wasn't any introduction that would ease you into the new journey, sth like: "Hey, congrats, you are now an employer/contractor. This means this and this for you. TAXES are this and this specifically for your situation, not just whatever general governmental website"
3) One representative told me that all taxes are paid by my company and the other one said that not. Was very confusing.

I can legally work for my company, getting the benefits of the employer, not the contractor.

It's intuitive to use and aesthetically enjoyable. I also enjoy the branding as a plus

I don't utilize too many of the features but so far I have no complaints
