Intuitive, easy to work with! Simple
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity...the app is always available and is extremely simple to use. Intuitive the way to load receipts and expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far there's nothing to dislike about it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A simple payroll repository that can be use anytime, anywhere.

Not much, maybe get to the right person depending on your query requirements, e.g. by country.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working from a different country that my company.
It covers many countries and has many forms of payment.
What do you like best about the product?
How quickly the payments arrive in the different ways I choose. BBank payments come the nextday and with paypal in five minutes. If I exceed the amount of $3000 in bank transfers, it takes two days, but it is still fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
The currency exchange uses a 5 day rule, and that is not the currency exchange of the day. Perhaps this topic should be more visible to the user because I had to find out looking for information about why there were errors in the payment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An efficient way to receive contract payments in a foreign country for remote work. I can receive my payment month by month on the dates established in my contract and have it available practically immediately.
Amazing service!
What do you like best about the product?
Deel has been amazing managing the payroll of the company, always on time and with cool features like the Payment Advance which I've used a couple times to solve some urgencies. It offers perks and health insurance too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only limitation with the Deel Card is the restriction for ATM withdrawals, but I can get my money with cheap fees via Bank Transfer, Wise or Revolut. It also has Payoneer, PayPal, Coinbase and Binance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It transfers my salary to my personal bank account, and it offers me features and perks that are useful for discounts and payment advances that are needed for urgencies.
Onboarded an international remote employee, and it was all done in a matter of days
What do you like best about the product?
Deel was instrumental in allowing us to hire and onboard an international (outside of the US) remote employee, and it was all done in a matter of days. Could not recommend Deel more!

So far, nothing to dislike. C/S team is ALL OVER IT.

They are allowing us to hire remote (international) employees, something we could not previously do.

The Key Payroll System for Hiring Independent Contractors
What do you like best about the product?
I love that everything is very easily accessible, the tabs are clear and the system is just super smooth. I love that I can early withdraw, I can see when the payer has put the money into the account and it just feels like I have control over my money as I receive it even if I am waiting for my company to pay me. There is a lot of control on my own side which I love.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing so far. Maybe a few more options for health insurance than just one company, but really I have nothing to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting paid by my employer, who is in Sweden, I live in Mexico however, I am Canadian. So the system removes all the complications of setting up how that would otherwise be paid to me.

What do you like best about the product?
It is fast and easy to use. Also, you can send your money to your Revolut account costless

I Paid for my deel card, but then it stopped working. And not all countries are available to use credit card.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Deel as a payment platform is easy and also it helps me to wait for my work salary every month, so there are no delays in the payment.
Good solution for hiring abroad
What do you like best about the product?
The Deel platform is transparent, easy to use and is constantly being updated and improved upon - when a process isn't clear or easy to use, a solution is usually already being worked on and rolled out. The pricing strategy means that it is easier than other providers to work out how much it'll cost, and the hiring toolkit also helps with forecasting or forseeing any issues that might come up.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes difficult to reach the right person or get the right response when you have an issue that isn't a regularly-solved one. A lot of their processes are automated so overriding that can be time consuming, but it is somewhat understandable when you are dealing with multiple locations and laws.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel helps us to hire critical tech and creative talent where we don't have an entity. It isn't the cheapest solution but it means we can be more compliant, pay people in their local currency and have support in dealing with local regulations
Good tool with a friendly interface. Slow support answer in some Countries.

The interface is really friendly and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Support Team doesn't know much about Colombia and the legal situation, so every question/request takes around 5 business days.
