Easy-to-use platform with virtual and physical card for USD transactions worldwide
What do you like best about the product?
The mixture of virtual and physical card for all kind of purchases and the fact that I don't have to write or edit any invoice monthly, as a contractor.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't have your money all the time you want and they force the transfer if you let it more than 30 days, using the last transfer method.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need of a virtual and physical card for payments in US dollars. The need of rewriting or creating a new invoice each month as a contractor. The need for a payroll and money transfer platform that charges a fixed and small amount.

It's simpler to use and to organize your payments and, also, it's faster.
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is friendly to navigate, and to understand what you can do with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The old method's change wasn't as smooth as I thought since adding the bank details took time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The security and the method to avoid problems when the payment into my local bank is made, avoiding friction between my company and my bank.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface and covers all of the countries where we are hiring. We like that the benefits are customizable, depending on what we want to offer. It is easy to get an overview of the cost of hiring, etc. Our customer success team has been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take a while to get answers to questions that are sent to the customer service team. Some termination processes were particularly bumpy where they took a longer time than anticipated to process and one employee did not get the correct severance paid out to her. That took some time to resolve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel really helps us to onboard employees in other countries and make sure that we are compliant with the laws in each one. They also make it easy to keep track of employee vacation requests, expenses, etc.
Great Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The online platform. I like the user experience, is very easy to navigate and the information is available all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it can be improved part of the invoices. It can be filtered by the service/item paid, instead of opening PDFs to check when x thing was paid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiring in countries where we don't have entities or we can't open a local payroll. We can keep our team members when they need to relocate.

What do you like best about the product?
Service is simple and easy to use, and works at the end of the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Service is almost too simple. Few updates are provided proactively and onboarding is all self-service.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me simplify the payroll processing for my overseas employees including related statutory submissions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be more flexible regarding the one-off payments and cutoff dates each month. It is also annoying to have to go through 2FA at each login.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me deal with the hiring of overseas employees, so I do not have to deal with the local reporting and hiring requirements.

The tool is simple and user-friendly. Provides many options to choose from based on business-specific needs. The team is accommodating and supportive; the tool demo and walk-through were easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of information is available on the tool. Most companies have HRIS tools in the company and are accustomed to them. To begin with a business representative is needed to guide how the device works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an excellent way to complete the hiring journey and set up our payroll system for different regions, especially for companies planning to hire in remote /new locations. The Deel team helped us comply with local legal requirements and provided timely support in the payroll process.
Ann Szeliga has gone above and beyond
What do you like best about the product?
Our CSM, Ann Szeliga, has been a constant partner. She has helped us navigate non-obvious situations, escalated appropriately when issues arose, and spent time with our new team members to orient them to the platform. Her response time is reliably fast, and she proactively sends Loom videos to help us visualize process. She also sees 3 steps ahead, alerting us to coming deadlines, required lead times, and other considerations.
One case in particular where Ann's help was essential was in transitioning one of our key team members from the EU to UAE. There were many challenges along the way. She helped us through each.
Without a supporter like Ann, the Deel platform itself would be clever but ultimately insufficient. Thank you, Ann!

What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is kind of unintuitive. Requires reading help articles or chatting with the support agent. I've found the generic chat to be pretty unhelpful and trying to get anything done outside of our CSM, Ann, is hit or miss.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can hire talent anywhere. That is a huge business unlock for us.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of utilizing DEEL in my position as an HRBP is the support and communication offered by our account managers. Shout out specifically to Tyler Nilsen, Customer Success Manager. As an HRBP based in the US, hiring globally comes with ALL the learning moments. The support offered by DEEL as our hiring needs grow and change are unmatched by any other provider I have worked with in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since utilizing DEEL in our hiring efforts, the only downside I have encountered is the lack of a Time Off Submission function for international contractors. However, this is a feature that is being added to the platform in the near future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DEEL is solving the problem of "are we doing this right". Labor laws are drastically different from country to country, and DEEL takes the guesswork out of maintaining compliance regardless of the location of employees and contractors.
