Good platform but no support from Deel Team whenever needed
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very good and has all the options needed to get the task closed
What do you dislike about the product?
Deel do not share the payroll register to get it checked and approved by Client, before doing the salary payout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is helping us to do multi-country payroll and manage employee where we dont have the offices.

Deel is one of the most impressive product and team I know
What do you like best about the product?
As a business owner with a remote and international team, finding a solution to streamline global payroll and compliance management has always been challenging. But Deel has changed the game for my organization!
The user experience on Deel is outstanding. From the moment I signed up, I was impressed with how straightforward and user-friendly the platform is. The well-designed interface provides a seamless and intuitive experience, which made it easy for me to navigate through the various features and functionalities. I created my first contract and hired my first employee in less than 10minutes!!
The customer support is also world class. The team is truly impressive.
I cannot recommend the tool enough!

What do you dislike about the product?
The product is excellent, way above competitition.
There are 2 features that I wish existed:
* Being able to make off-cycle payments (ex: immediate refunds of expenses)
* Job descriptions for every jobs. There are great templates in the platform though.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wanted to hire several team members in different countries. Deel offered a one-stop solution where I can handle everything. It brings so much peace of mind for company owners and business administrators.
Deel- solving relocation isues
What do you like best about the product?
Allows us a business to retain long serving employees that have reqeusted to be relocated to countries we dont have a legal entity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Employee is unable to start until he has a local bank account in the country he is moving to, this needs to be re looked at.

Knowledgeable with every aspect
What do you like best about the product?
Deel makes setting up an entity and hiring internationally easy. They had answers to pretty much every one of my questions and always solved my problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, to be honest. Deel requires your team to have documents to move forward with their process. Much of this is a legal requirement, so you must be prepared to proceed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel helped us complete payroll within a new entity set up in a new country. They also helped us hire people internationally in countries where we do not have a legal entity.

The people who I dealt with and the Deel platform itself was very user-friendly.

I did not have anything which I disliked while interacting with Deel

Deel was able to act as the Employer of Record in a country in which we do not have a legal entity, but were keen to hire an employee in.
Excellent onboarding, simple user interface, built for speed and ease
What do you like best about the product?
Deel enables us to hire top talent globally with ease and in advance of in market entity formation as we scale rapidly in the modern working environment. It's a really intuitive platform that takes a lot of the administrative burden away through a focus on a clean user journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
The payment process could be a little simpler as all bank transfers need to be tied to a specific reference and they may get lost if this isn't followed the letter.

The set up is very easy. It help us to be compliant in all contries.

At the moment all is working so no remarks.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fast responses from the different teams, we had the chance to talk to the payroll team to clarify a lot of questions we had from past bad experiences and they gave us so much confidence, we knew we were working with very professional and knowledgeable people
What do you dislike about the product?
So far there is nothing we don't like from the platform, we just started and our experience is been very good. Maybe the only issue is that we tried to resubmit a payment and the ACH option was not available until they gave us different instructions, but they solved it fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiring abroad in LatAm and worldwide, they give us insights very fast about benefits and local payroll overviews, specially for new countries. They've been onboarding the people very fast.
