Quick and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very intuitive and easy to follow. The sales team is always prompt in terms of response time and eager to help if you run into any issues. Great platform overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot of expertise or knowledge when doing background checks in different countries, you get passed along to team members who provide incorrect information. A lot of back and forth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that Deel solves for us includes being able to hire globally to accommodate different time zones and being able to build a global team. This benefits us as we gain more global reach.

What do you dislike about the product?
The process is a little bit longer but it is always like that in the hiring process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are eliminating the risk of hiring employees directly in the country.
Great support from my CSM
What do you like best about the product?
Constant innovation and product updates. I consider myself a frequent contributor to new features and use cases. Gracie Collins (my CSM) has always helped me with my questions. When I had to escalate issues, she cared for them and helped fix them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deel is growing so much that sometimes you get the feeling of being just a number.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease the monthly payroll, amend contracts and handle expenses' reimbursements.
Fantastic product, user interface and onboarding team
What do you like best about the product?
Deel met all our functional needs to pay hundreds of agents worldwide very easily and smoothly, which reduced my team's time spent on payments by 80%. I also liked the user interface and the superb sales/onboarding/implementation experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet. Overall, I am very impressed by the product and the team.

Streamlining payments and the geo-based contract generation.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the help I have received from Alessandra. She is always reliable and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had a situation when I needed to add a bonus to our payroll, which was impossible because the payroll was closed. However, I sent my request 15 days before the payment day. This kind of short timeline is a little complicated for us.

What do you like best about the product?
The sales and onboarding teams were incredible. Steven Lam and Lucas Deangelo were really top notch. They were professional, responsive, organized and clear communicators. They were there every step of the way during a really critical time - hiring an employee!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, it is a little expensive but that is not entirely surprising.

deel is giving us the easy ability to hire internationally. top talent is located everywhere is deel is making it possible for us to quickly and easily add those key people to our team!

What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, Jess Nicerio is the absolute best! I appreciate her ability to quickly problem-solve with us and push time-sensitive items through to the appropriate teams at Deel to drive a solution. I've thoroughly enjoyed working with Jess and she's been a godsend in helping us navigate some internal moves on our HR team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that Deel's support model for employees has a lot to be desired. I am often informed of inconsistencies from the support team to our internal employees - and it may be worth investing more in supporting end users / EORs and contractors
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
being able to quickly onboard and hire international talent, expanding our capacity in other talent markets. Especially as we grow a global strategy, Deel has been a strong partner.
Great for a small team!
What do you like best about the product?
I work for a small non-profit. We had an employee moving to Canada and found Deel as an option to keep her onboard as a full-time employee. While several point-of-record companies were recommended to us, I liked the design and interface of Deel and the attention from their sales team. The price was fairer for a small organization like ours, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some other companies didn't require us to offer supplemental health insurance to a colleague in a country with universal health care. I also wish there was an easier way to submit payments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When our employee wanted to move to Canada, we weren't sure that we could keep her on as a full-time employee. Deel has made it easy to offer employee status in another country and to keep us compliant with federal and local laws. They make this all possible without us having to raise our budget for the employee extraordinarily.

It takes a bit more time to resolve changes to contracts than I'd like

What do you like best about the product?
We have used Deel now as a hiring tool 4 times, covering three different locations. I think the software has come on a lot, and having used one of their competitors (when Deel did not have an EOR presence) , Deel is definitely the superior option.
The main difference is having everthing contained within the platform. By filling in the various input fields, it generates the necessary agreements which are then sent to you, the EOR entity, and then the candidate in question also.

What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing can shadow the performance somewhat. There doesn't seem to be any scaling considerations so if you're hiring multiple times using the same EOR country / service, it's frustrating paying the same monthly amount for each person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do not have entities in multiple countries, but frequently the best talent pool is overseas. Deel allows us to set up relationships with EOR entities in those countries and remain compliant in how that talent is employed.
