Easy way to get paid
What do you like best about the product?
That we can work for companies around the world and we can get paid without a complex process, we received updates constantly and it takes around 2-3 days to get the money :)
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say that we can not use the money immediately, the debit card option would be amazing but at this time it is not available in several countries including mine
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is breaking the barrier that existed before of not being able to work abroad remotely before we could not because there were no cheap or accessible ways to receive payments.

Easy and quick
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and very clear interface. The multiple platforms that i can use to withdraw my money help me a lot. Also the quick way to ask for refunds or reinbursmenths from the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much , i think it could have more ways to withdraw the money and definitely a debit card that can be delivered all over the world wuld be extremelly helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves problemas in terms of Payment, I work for a copampany based in the USA and I live in Asia as a Digital Nomad , so without Deel wuld be very hard to be paid .

I like the consultation about taxes and compliance with various country laws.

I haven't had such an issue. I like everything, but also waiting for new features in the deel.

It is very easy to use, very transparent in terms of viewing all transactions and doesn't have any unuseable features

There is a delay of a day or two between redirect the cash and it appearing in a bank account.

UI could be improved a lot; sometimes it's difficult to find specific sections or buttons; lots of cross links within the system.

Fast withdrawal and easy to use, when making a withdrawal the fund will be in bank account not more than 10 minutes

Deel helped us onboard an employee who will be working in a country on a contract.
What do you like best about the product?
I liked how seamless the process was, they did all of the heavy lifting and provided a simple and easy to onboard our employee for his contracted role.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides, our onboarding manager Steven was great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do not have a jurisdiction in New Zealand and by having our employee onboarded by Deel we were able to keep him on as a valuable asset and not have to deal with the headaches of ensuring we are in compliance with local laws.
