What do you like best about the product?
I think the information architecture / interface is very well done. I work as User Experience Designer, so I value that a lot, haha. Everything is clear and easy to use. I also got in contact with the support team and they were pretty helpful, that's important.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could have a chance to add a custom label on those withdraw informations. It will also be nice to have the option of got all the invoices at once and/or by email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm getting my monthly salary and any other payments the company I work for does to me.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use Deel, the fact that it has multiple options for withdrawals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would really want Apple Pay support for my Deel card

Deel helps me to work with anybody in the world with minimal overhead.

What do you like best about the product?
I Like the extra services, such as the feel advance, plus the chance to withdraw to different entities, even crypto
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the usage changed without previous warning, such as the advance limits, which were a horrible experience twice already.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making easy for me to receive the payments and having better tracking of them.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful tools In my humble opinion is the conversion of values ​​in the withdraw calculator; Also, the home dashboard with next payments or messages.Clean UI and easy to find the actions I want to take.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not understand how the platform makes the calculation of the Exchange fee, and I'm I don't have any idea if this exchange is from the platform or my bank account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is solving the question that I cannot go to my company country to open a bank account, and deel makes this function easily with the options I have into the platform. And is not necessary that I travek to my contractor company to assign contracts also I have an overview of the date of my next payments and my invoices in the same platform

What do you like best about the product?
The fact I'm in peace about my compensation/salary getting to my hands every month withou worry about USD/BRL changes, and withou need to do the exchange all by myself. And being protected by worker laws in my own country.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the Perks area benefits are focus on EUA mostly, or at least does not have an activity on my country, and some times is hard to track down usefull ones because of the great quantity of them. The suggestion is to have them organized by category, or something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not need to stay tunned in USD/BRL changes, and not even have to do the exchange from USD to my country currency myself. I just have to wait the payday for my salary drops down on my bank account.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Deels platform, very clear what is were and nice looking.
also the chat widget is very helpful.
I got an excellent response from the representatives and other workers of the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the chat widget to forward me automatically to a local agent, bc when I have a question it's usually something that would have to be forwarded to them anyways.
and If an Israeli agent responded to me automatically, it would shorten the whole process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company is American and I'm from Israel, I wouldn't want to get paid American.
so Deel solves the Hiring and paying international employees problem perfectly.

What do you like best about the product?
- A lot of payment providers.
I can withdraw money in TRY, EUR or USD. Especially love the Wise integration.

- Deel card to pay for stuff.
Especially needed for guys like me who recently moved and has a passport of an unwanted country.

- Useful support.
Support really does try to help you and is helpful most of the time. Not all of the time though.

- Interface.
After the latest updates the interface is flawless. Everything is clear and convinient.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Unexpected commisions.
It's not their fault but some banks take additional random commisions. It'd be very cool if they could know these commisions in advance.

- Lacking their own payment capabilities.
I'd gladly used Deel as one of my payment providers if could transfer money without commision there.

- Support sometimes can be useless.
I remember talking long and a lot for them to unblock my deel card they blocked. I needed to prove that I really moved to another country which was humiliating and tiresome.

- Expensive for employers.
I really wanted my new employer to use Deel and was an active ambassador for them. The guys told me it was too expensive. I don't know the numbers but was really frustrated by this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Hiring internationally.
- Being able to withdraw money easily as a contractor.
- Deel card to pay for stuff.
- Simplify the legal stuff.

What do you like best about the product?
It has a very intuitive interface, clean design, it's easy to navigate and the support usually meets the SLAs. Would certainly recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bit difficult sometimes to contact our regional representative, so it would be good to have a chatbot aligned with your IP location.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing a one-stop-shop for all remote employees needs as it relates to contracts and payroll.
