Insatiable experience
What do you like best about the product?
deel is very convenient, specially as a contractor or working with clients abroad.
What do you dislike about the product?
Somestimes slow payment releases and log-in loading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
letting me know what documents am I lacking for verification, always notifies me when there payment otw. User friendly, few clicks away.

Buttery smooth onboarding on global team.
What do you like best about the product?
The lovely thing is that you can do everything yourself. No expert help needed, but just your information and everything flows. I never thought that global onboarding could be this easy, and I can only imagine how hard this must have been in the past. The user interface works intuitively and you easily know where to go for the right information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels like the loading times of the platform are a bit slow. Other than that there’s not much that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smooth onboarding on a global team, getting paid for my services as a freelance designer even when I’m living and working in another country.
Deel made global hiring and payroll management easy and efficient.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Deel simplifies the entire process of hiring and paying international talent by handling contracts, payroll, and compliance all in one platform. It takes the guesswork out of navigating complex international regulations, making it much easier to focus on growing a global team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that some features feel a bit overwhelming for smaller teams, and certain functions, like localized benefits management, are limited to specific regions. Additionally, the transaction fees can be on the higher side, which can add up over time for frequent payments.

Deel is solving the complexities of hiring and paying international talent by automating compliance, managing localized contracts, and handling payroll in multiple currencies. This benefits us by significantly reducing the legal and administrative challenges of managing a global team, saving time and resources that would otherwise be spent navigating international labor laws and payroll regulations. It’s allowed us to expand our talent pool without worrying about regional restrictions, making it easier to onboard the best people from anywhere in the world.
Efficient Platform for Global Payments but Needs Faster Support
What do you like best about the product?
Deel offers a highly efficient and streamlined experience for managing global payments and compliance. The platform is intuitive, and the automated invoicing and compliance features significantly reduce the administrative workload, making it easier to collaborate with international clients and freelancers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support can be slow, with responses limited to business hours, which can cause delays in resolving urgent issues. Additionally, the fees for smaller transactions may feel excessive, and improving cost-effectiveness could enhance the platform’s overall value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel simplifies international payments and compliance, saving me time and reducing hassle with automated invoicing and built-in legal checks. It lets me focus on work instead of admin tasks.

I see the transaction from Deel are very quick and safe,I will recommend this app for all my friends and family and share the app for them

Nothing everything is good the app is perfect for every contractor or business

The interface is very user-friendly, the dashboard is clear and information is shown in a very good way. The processes are clear and well guided to someone who is not proficiency at technology.

IA chatbot doesn't work very well and several times it get stuck.
Integration with other wallets is poor, it has several wallets / banks, all of them work in the US but just very few works in other countries, and very few in latin america and with huge commissions.
There is no option to get the dollars physically, you can save them in the deel card but you can't withdrawal directly, you have to transfer the money (and pay commission) to another wallet / bank.
The options to spend the money from the deel card are few and almost all of them just works for the US.

How Deel allows you to get payments more easily and cheaper.
What do you like best about the product?
The coin rate they handle when transferring the balance to an international account. Other platforms gives you less than the current rate, but Deel's rate is way better, which is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing for now, I love it—maybe the design, but other than that I'm pleased.

What do you like best about the product?
Deel is really nice speciallt there customer service team. Thay are quick in resolving your concerns. and sending money is really fast like an instant in a lost cost. The website the and app is user friendly and easy to navigate. the verification process of my identity is fast as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything. The cost of transferring to Paypal and other platforms may be quite high. but there is a low-cost bank transfer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I recently had an awesome experience with Deel! Their customer support is lightning-fast. When I needed to verify my identity because my document had expired, they quickly sent me the link I needed—super helpful!
I also faced an issue transferring money to my bank account since it was closed. I reached out to them, and they promptly identified the problem and guided me to a new bank. The transfer worked perfectly after that!
Thanks to Deel, I can focus on my work without any worries. Highly recommend them for hassle-free freelancing!

Amazing service with user friendly platform.
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is user friendly and their customer service is amazingly quick and friendly. Also a great one as all docs are stored in the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislike as of yet. I have used it for one month and have had no issues until now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having work docs(payslip, proof of work and income etc) all stored on the app and accessible at all times.
