Amazing experience so far with payroll and contract management
What do you like best about the product?
It's been a pretty user-friendly platform, intuitive and organized. Working as an independent contractor with my employer has never been easier. We use it every month for payroll and integrated the work contract with ease. Customer support was also very helpful when it came to uploading required documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far it has worked great for me. No downsides as of right now
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's been helping me manage my payroll and contracts with my current employer. To put it all together in one place for appropriate tracking has been incredibly helpful
Nice experience using Deel
What do you like best about the product?
I like when you get paid and you transfer the money to your bank. The time that take the transfer it's around 1 day
What do you dislike about the product?
The fees are high for each Transfer. When I have the automatic transfer, my employee pay me extra for a commodities but Deel transfer the money twice so it take to time the fee (25$ per transaction= 50 bucks) so I ended receiving the money for a commodities by half.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can receive payments in dollars from Chile where is my employee yo Ecuador where I Live.

everything is done in the platform, from payments, changes in documents and verification. Also any document required from the company or employeer can be found there or requested.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really like disliked, it asks for a lot of verifications and passwords, can be anoying but as is for security purposes, it's fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Payment methods, and reception pf áyment is atoumated to the accounts I have added. I can get any personal document from the company there. Easy to use and very friendly platform.

I have been using deel for a while now and I haven't noticed any downside.

I like that it has a lot of options to get your payment.
It does not charge to much considering other applications.
I do not live in US but the payment time is so fast it takes around 1 hour to receive my payment.

The platform’s intuitive interface simplifies payroll management, allowing users to onboard employees, manage contracts, and process payments without technical hurdles, besides Deel offers automated, scheduled payments in various currencies, which is especially beneficial for teams dispersed around the world.

Deel offers integration with many popular tools, but not all HR and accounting software is supported, which could disrupt workflow for some teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel simplifies payroll by automating multi-currency payments, offering diverse payment methods, and scheduling payments efficiently. This reduces administrative overhead and ensures that remote employees and contractors are paid accurately and on time. Personally I like to be able to deside where to transfer my money to, for example my PayPal account, my bank account in Ecuador, my Binance criptocurrency account, or the credit card provided by Deel itself. I always get my money on time every month automatically, that's a great and safety way to ensure my salari.
