What do you like best about the product?
Symbe's intuitive design and ease of use are immediately apparent, contrasting with many other products I've used that require extensive training. From the moment of signup, users are equipped to quickly begin configuring their first business case, highlighting Symbe's efficiency and user-friendliness.
What do you dislike about the product?
Symbe is still a growing product. While I have not run into any particular issue myself, I'm sure the product will just improve over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Symbe helps me set up business cases in a what that is structured and from the ground up. This allows me to focus on what's really important, rather than on other less impactful tasks.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am really impressed with the thinking Symbe has provided even over the short time we have worked with the product. It has been really instructive in helping us think into what our value proposition is and has helped the business move away from a 'functionality only' mindset to a value mindset giving us a better insight into what effects our clients and how we can support them in their business
Automate the admin we all hate and give champions what they need
What do you like best about the product?
The automation of the platform to seemlessly prompt sales teams and their prospects to create invaluable documented business cases
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a growing fast start up business so of course there are gaps for the biggest complex deals I see in Software selling that brokers millions of dollars but that is countered oftwn by the rapid response of the Symbe team who fix most suggestions you have and add additional features every month from feedback. Truely agile peoduct development!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduces the manual labour required to prepare, communicate and to report results of a comprehensive business case to my prospects. Its loterally shaving weeks off proposals in most cases. Thats weeks off sales process across the team.

What do you like best about the product?
Symbe to me is like having a value prop/ROI/Business case co pilot where it helps gives form to the value of what a company, product, or solution has to offer. Easy to use, really easy to understand, the team is top notch, and it creates a way for me to communicate what I have unique to each buyers situation, wrapped up in a bow so instead of me showing a Google doc with some excel slides, or my poor excuse for designing graphics and visuals, it takes the hard work out of it so I can focus on what I need to deliver which is.... my unique value proposition in an easy to understand business case.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it had more flexibility in some areas, but nothing that is a dealbreaker and the team is already implemented some things I have asked for, so nothing to dislike that I would say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Biggest value is being able to put together a cohesive and comprehensible, easy to understand business case that communicates the value based on what I can do for the customer. Right now, the alternative is communicating in either a deck in slides or powerpoint, or in docs and both have limitations on what you can do design wise or it takes a lot of time to do it. So this saves me time and gives me a better output.
A game-changer for organisations and vendors to collaborate
What do you like best about the product?
I have long hated business cases. I hated writing them. I hated reading them. The problem was that I was always unsure what each stakeholder was thinking as I read/wrote them. I didn't realise it was possible for each stakeholder to collaborate and align online and draft together. Symbe has shifted that completely. Easy to use, simple to reuse the content on Symbe for other business cases, and (almost) fun to collaborate on business cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's important to note that Symbe is very new so there is work to do for it to get wide adoption. Just because a vendor is using it now, does not mean the buyer also has Symbe. I assume this will change over time but is worth noting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The key problem for me is to find a way for all parties to align early in the business case process so we aren't all wasting time. It also means we don't have to write from scratch and can just take portions of previous business cases into new ones.

What do you like best about the product?
Symbe's UI/UX is super easy to use, and makes it a pleasure to work with. In very short periods of time, it helps my team and clients visualize the benefits and ROI they will get. The trick with driving usage and adoption on all sales tools is how easy they are to use, and the value of the outcomes salespeople get from using them. Few tools prove to be as valuable as Symbe's. If you believe business cases win deals, you should check them out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Simply the most modern and easy to use business case builder on the market.

Symbe is helping my team create beautiful business cases quickly. Making it easy to understand the ROI of deploying a solution is critical in today's business environment. This helps us win more deals, and win them faster.
A top-quality value engineering solution
What do you like best about the product?
I love the level of customisation that it allows me to give my proposals. The platform is also incredibly user friendly, and it takes a lot of extra steps out of our processes due to automatic template updates across the team. Would recommend to anyone looking for a tool to take their value engineering processes to the next level.
What do you dislike about the product?
A couple of little blips, which is understandable since it's a new tool. The customer support is great and more than mitigates this, though!

It's helping us to streamline our processes and also to ensure that quality is consistently high across all our teams.

While Symbe has been fantastic overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. Occasionally, the AI-driven suggestions can be generic, requiring us to manually add more personalised touches. Hoping this improves over time. Additionally, the learning curve for new users, while not steep, can be a bit challenging for those less tech-savvy. Some advanced customisation features could be more intuitive. However, these are minor issues in an otherwise excellent platform that has dramatically enhanced our proposal process.
