What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, easy to configure, works out of the box. I mean its the best product or maybe the one product i will recommend. Savings users real money.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and the way savings happen automatically once all is set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frankly, really nothing to complain about. It just works, simple and easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloud cost is a real issue - specially for a start-up that is looking to save money, but, I can imagine it is an even bigger problem for big companies.

An "in house solution" is not something we can do (probably most companies cannot) - so, ParkMyCloud was the easiest way to keep our cost down with minimal effort on our end.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Really easy to use, just set it up and get going with the savings.

We find ParkMyCloud to be a "fire and forget" solution, once it is set-up the savings just happen.

What is our primary use case?

Turbonomic keeps our cluster balanced and VMs running optimally. It shows us where in our environment that resources can be recovered as well as when extra is needed.

How has it helped my organization?

Monthly reporting is more detailed now and we can see where improvements can be made within the environment.

What is most valuable?

The ability to automate moving of VMs, Capacity Planning and Reporting have been invaluable to our monthly reporting.

What needs improvement?

None at the moment. The product is improving with each release and the new HTML5 interface is great. Would like to see the ability to move custom dashboards from the old interface to the new as that is not possible right now.

For how long have I used the solution?

Three to five years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

Product has been very stable and updating works very well.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

No issues with scalability as the VM when deployed is provisioned well for your environment.

How are customer service and support?

Customer Service:

Customer Service/Sales I would rate as 10 out of 10. Sales was tremendous in helping me sell the solution to Management for purchasing.

Technical Support:

Technical Support has not been engaged as of yet.

How would you rate customer service and support?

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

Other solutions were evaluated during this time, but nothing was being used.

How was the initial setup?

Setup is very straightforward and you have data within hours, not days or weeks.

What about the implementation team?

It was implemented in-house by myself.

What was our ROI?

ROI will be approximately six months once we receive our license for the full product.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

Contact Sales about pricing and licensing as they will work with you on the best solution.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

Yes, other solutions were evaluated: vCOPS, Uila, and Opvizor.

What other advice do I have?

The sales team was amazing in helping put together a slide deck for me to sell the solution to Management and also were able to negotiate pricing within our budget to help get us on-board.
