What do you like best about the product?
It has great ease of use and "set and forget" for the most part. It saves us money on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little to dislike. The product just works.

Reduces our cost greatly by allowing us to park resources that are not in use.

What do you like best about the product?
In my role at Foster Moore I frequently need access to development and demonstration environments of our Catalyst product. We've configured the AWS environments I need to be easily accessible to me from my Park My Cloud (PMC) dashboard.
I simply log in and 'wake up' the environment I need and presto it's available for me. I can then put it back to sleep and not have to pay during the period it's not in use.
Great service and the team at PMC are responsive and supportive of our needs.

What do you dislike about the product?
Would like the labelling of the environments to be simpler. The more we have the more searching I need to do.

We are certainly seeing considerable savings through the efficient management of development, test and demonstration environments.

PMC is by far the easiest and simplest route to implement cost control within cloud adoption for our company.
Best cloud virtual machine management platform
What do you like best about the product?
For me, the best functionality of Park My Cloud is the possibility of simply configuring your cloud instances to turn on or off according to an established schedule.
Another very good advantage of the platform is to manage your costs, giving very accurate forecasts of monthly expenses and analyzes of how to better manage your instances to reduce costs.

It is a simple, very intuitive platform that delivers what it promises.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I created my account at Park My Cloud I was looking for a service that could manage my machines, I had a limited budget and couldn't keep my cloud instances running 24 hours a day. With park my cloud I was able to manage the time they would be on, reducing my cost.
In addition, I solved a problem that I didn't even know I had, Park My Cloud analyzed the use of my VMs and noticed that they are oversized, with this analysis I migrated to a cheaper VM.

my VM's which are not used in off hours are getting automatically Turned off and that saves a lot of cost .

What do you like best about the product?
ParkMyCloud helps my team drastically reduce AWS EC2 costs through smart scheduling and rightsizing. The ROI is tremendous and helps us focus our team's efforts on cost savings (vs tedious metrics gathering).
What do you dislike about the product?
ParkMyCloud comes with default roles such as Team Lead, Team Member, etc. Only Team Leads (and above) can make rightsizing decisions. It would be nice to have more granular permissions so the ability to rightsize could be granted without the other permissions of a Team Lead (e.g. team/account/group management).

AWS EC2 cost savings through scheduling and rightsizing.

Take advantage of the trial offer (14 days free) to see if you will benefit. Evaluate the expected ROI and try the core features. Then buy it.

sometimes i wish my company would utilize some of the extra functionality it provides that we currently dont.
