No dislikes at this time. Very straightforward product.

Backups run without issue and restores are quick and easy to perform.
Veeam Backup & Replication Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Veeam Backup & Replication has a light and simple management interface. Also, I can find a lot of documents and fix my problems. Backup, replication, and failover operations can be configured easliy. Job tracking is detailed and descriptive. Disaster and disaster test scenarios can be applied simply. In summary, I can say that it is simple and fast. Platform-independent working flexibility is a big advantage. I didn't use Cloud but I believe it brings more flexibility. Community support and trial opportunities make it easier to install and learn the product in demo environments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Veeam management console takes a long time to open on windows. It needs to be opened faster for management flexibility and quick actions. Also, web interface support would be great. I think it should be improved on database backup. database backup can be confusing for system users. I prefer it to publish it as a virtual appliance with all its configurations done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can start virtual server replications quickly and easily. Thanks to its flexible structure, we can back up to many data storage systems. Thanks to the ease of management, we reduce the time for users to adapt to the management interface.
Recommendations to others considering the product:

Very fast backup utility
What do you like best about the product?
Veeam is relatively easy to install and works well with vCenter. The backups are fast and so far seem reliable. Their community addition provides many features for free but stepping up to a paid version is necessary if you have more than ten targets to backup. It is an excellent tool for backups!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there is nothing that I dislike about the product. The only thing that might be an issue is if your backup destination is a cheap NAS, you may experience errors. I initially used a Buffalo Terastation Pro with AWS replication as the backup destination. Veeam was reporting errors which seemed to be an issue with the NAS. After adjusting the NAS, the backup errors went away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, I am only utilizing the Backup feature of Veeam. The solution is providing a seven-day backup cycle of our infrastructure. We are able to provide local and offsite backup in case of an emergency.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend starting with their community edition and testing the product first.

It does not have the functionality of incremental backup and avoiding multiple file types in a folder.

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature of Veeam is the ease of setup and use. Once you create the jobs, recovering the data in case needed is straightforward and reliable.

Slow startup of the application is what I don't like. But in General, Veeam is an excellent product.

What do you like best about the product?
Veeam is an excellent product for backup and replication. It is an easy-to-use tool that is also reliable and does not break the bank. It has considerably improved our ability to recover from a disaster and improve our uptime.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me, Veeam Backup and Replication is the best product; I have problems with this software. The support needs to improve a bit, though.

Veeam Backup and Replication have allowed us to improve our uptime, and the easy-to-use interface has made us more confident in case of a disaster.
Solid product, easy recovery options for full disk, image or file-level.
What do you like best about the product?
I found this product reasonably easy to install and configure. The backups can be configured to optimize backup disk usage if space is a concern. The console allows for groups making managing multiple sites, business units or departments much easier. The recovery options are quite robust. Anything from a bare-metal restore to a file-level recovery is possible without too much effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
In very large scale deployments, multiple servers are needed to provide enough compute and bandwidth to complete backups in a reasonable time frame. This can place a lot of additional financial burden on companies so they can afford the physical or virtual resources necessary. This also adds a level of complexity but isn't too bad. If using incremental backups, recovery times can be lengthy. Not very helpful when you need a quick turnaround.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Veeam allows for full, bare metal system recovery, so in the event of a catastrophic hardware failure a system can be recovered on another disparate host or cluster. This aids in and to some degree makes the DR planning and execution a bit easier. What is also a great feature is the ability to launch a system directly from the Veeam storage.

While maintaining and enforcing traditional functions, I noticed a big improvement in cloud rseources and management

Can improve operations time, even if they are really better than in the past

We have automated all backups, and we are able to easily restore any object, also for wrong operations of users. Veeam is also very important in our Disaster Recovery policy, and in or cloud resources management
Best Backup software for virtualized environments
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and workflow of the app is excellent. The available features like SureBackup, Sandbox are very useful for backup validations and testing

Proxy servers are not fully supported on Linux OS. This brings added costs when implementing on multiple sites
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating backups and replication of your production environment is a must. Having the benefit to startup those backups in under 5 min is an amazing feature
Free perfect backup and restore sollution for SMB
What do you like best about the product?
Free for 10 backup sources and very easy to setup and use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is not intuitive as aspected.

Very easy multi-source backup to the backup target device and good notification via e-mail.
