1. DG provides standard predefined policies that cover most of the organization's use cases.
2. supported in all three flavors windows, Linux, and Mac.
3. advanced forensics available for investigations.
4. prebuilt reports more than 400.
5. they DGcomm component for roaming users so we can connect remote users easily.
5. prebuilt PCI, PHI, and PII Data policies to cover PCI-DSS, HIPPA and GDPR.
6. integration with siem and other solutions are easy.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. they don't have proper training for customers.
2. Linux supports but again kernel versions are the main dependency.
3. It is difficult to understand the console for new users.
4. there are no exception options in classification policies.
5. implementation is complicated.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using this product we can protect sensitive data going outside an organization's. we can monitor endpoint and network's all exit points and channels. helpful for risk and compliance management.
