Social media made easy!
What do you like best about the product?
Click of a button and posts are sent out or scheduled to the available platforms. Calendaring the social posts means you can sit down once per month and schedule your social posts out and not have to worry about posting for the rest of the month with the exception of events or custom posts. It is VERY easy to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some analytics are limited vs. posting in the platform itself. If you are into analyzing the stats you can still get those through the platform like Facebook, LinkedIn, etc....
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time savings for user. Staying out in front of consumers in an easy, fast and cost effective manner. From a consumer standpoint, it allows the user the opportunity to educate and get information out to people who may otherwise never their other means of marketing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think it is a great tool for users that aren't taking the time or don't have the time to use social media regularly. I would recommend it!
Easy to use

I like the ease of use and the broad range of articles in a compliant format.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would prefer a broader range of subject matters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me keep in touch with my clients.
A Great Tool (Mostly) for Financial Services Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Our organization has been a Hearsay Social user since 2015 and it, along with an internal social team, have driven the steadily-growing success of our social media program. The tool is relatively easy to train our Advisor force to use and the built-in compliance review processes make it easy for our Advisors to post nearly in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Engage Sites tool and Instagram were rolled out quickly and it shows. We had to customize our Engage Sites a great deal and it still had serious functionality issues. Instagram has such huge oversight gaps that we don't even have it on our 2020 roadmap to roll out to our Field.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again, the Social tool has been essential in empowering our field force to use social for business. And, according to our internal surveying, the advisors are experiencing real success (in terms of leads, client relationships, etc.) thanks to the social program. Additionally, we recently ran some data that demonstrated a clear link between our social program and traffic to our website and website conversions. This was huge for our organization!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have several clear and open discussions about the products you're considering and ask questions about how new the tool is and what problems their early adopters are experiencing.
Forward Thinking!

It allows for both financial professional and supervisor review of social media. As people are finding the news business directory online, this tool allows for a compliant and ease of use to connect with the financial consumer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial training could be further developed for quicker on-boarding and use of tools
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems are setting and keeping supervisory searches to keep up with the fast dynamic world of social media.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking to grow your practice, with this tool, compliance is less a road block.
good platform for compliant social media
What do you like best about the product?
Financial advisors have the ability to post compliantly to social media accounts. It is easy to create and add content to the library, including scheduling.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can be a little clunky in terms of browsing your activity feed. I wish there were a better way of sorting through Hearsay's curated content collections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Financial advisors now have the ability to post compliantly to social media accounts. We are able to share with them pre-approved content, helping them to grow their business and communicate with clients and prospects. On the corporate side, it is benefiting us because we are able to post and schedule posts on our corporate pages, strengthening our brand. Hearsay solves our social media compliance issues.
Director, Digital Strategy
What do you like best about the product?
Hearsay received high marks on usability. It's what stands out. Hearsay has modernized our sales team by providing the tools and content to participate in social media. Prior to Hearsay, social media was taboo. Now the firm encourages and trains sales users on how to put their best digital foot forward and showcase their personal brand as well as amplifying the firm's brand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile administration / content curation is not available currently and would be very efficient for our small team to leverage to keep content fresh and compliant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hearsay allows us to execute on our relationship building strategy, primarily with our distribution team. For many folks, building relationships has traditionally been a face to face activity. Now we have real world success stories of connections being made, staying top of mind with relevant content and prospecting opportunities that would have not been available without the firm's participation in social networks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Segment your users right out of the gate (leaders, laggards, etc) and create a framework so that the leaders can teach the laggards using demonstrated real world stories.
A Year on Hearsay
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very user-friendly. Anyone can understand the platform in 15 minutes or less!
What do you dislike about the product?
The text is already in English and does not require translation. It discusses the limitations of certain features, particularly in relation to advertising, due to compliance requirements on social media platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compliance issues throughout the firm are at an all-time low due to Hearsay. In addition to this, the marketing boost it has provided is insurmountable.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use Hearsay! It is easy to use and offers a great support staff.
Great Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Suggested post library by hierarchy is nice to have. The support that our organization receives from the Hearsay customer support team is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Users have difficulty using the one-to-one platform. It would be beneficial if some of the reports were available for immediate download.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compliance concerns with social posts.
Hearsay has been a great company to work with!
What do you like best about the product?
Responsive staff ready to help 100% 24-7
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it if Hearsay could offer archiving capacity of all social media posts and I really hope you are able to offer video.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Corporate-friendly platform
What do you like best about the product?
Hearsay is an easy-to-use platform that works really well for corporate employee advocacy programs. There are a ton of customization options, as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve on the back-end can take some time to figure out, especially in terms of running reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run an employee advocacy program with over 400 people through Hearsay. We are able to add content to a library for our users to access, and also run campaigns. Employees have found navigating the library is easy, but seem to have difficulty submitting their own content. This is not due to technical error, but more that they don't quit understand how to submit.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are trying to implement an employee advocacy program, Hearsay is a great platform to start with. They offer a ton of trainings and customization for library content. You can also run in-depth reports on content, users, submissions, etc.
