Sharing Financial Services Information in a compliant manner
What do you like best about the product?
Hundred's of pre-approved articles available on various topics. Make compliance and supervision easy across Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter with real-time alerts, supervision and approval trails, and infraction resolution.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a hassle to get personalized content approved but I believe it is the issue with the company policy more than Hearsay social.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability of field force to post articles in a compliant manner and to keep in touch with clients via social media.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It gives the field force in the financial services industry to share information and interact with clients and prospects in a compliant manner.

So far I can't say there is anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hearsay allows us to monitor both profiles and content put out by our registered representatives. The ability to create and upload content for the field to use is very powerful in creating consistent messaging from our organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your looking for a way to monitor and provide content for LinkedIn this platform. Works very well and is simple to use.
Not worth it
What do you like best about the product?
Auto campaigns and having a library of content to look through. Could be organized better
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't schedule in the app, can't tag people in the website or app, triggers action required all the time and is an ongoing issue. Pretty behind for the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only real benefit is auto campaigns and having a library of content. This helps people schedule things without looking for them
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It should be a no brainer to be able to schedule content in the app. What's the point of it otherwise? I coach people not to use it, they are better off using LinkedIn directly. And to be able to tag people through scheduling. You lose people immediately because they need to spend time on each social network to go back and tag people. All other social media scheduling tools have this capacity not sure why it's so hard for Hearsay to get it together. The goal of your tool should be to save people time instead of creating more work them to fix the kinks within it.

What do you like best about the product?
Hearsay has been an integral tool in increasing our wholesalers' use of social media in order to grow their network and business. The platform also allows for simplified communication between our social media team members and compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have the capability to publish videos on to LinkedIn from Hearsay with out using a landing page or link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In working with our representative, we have been able to pull custom reporting to determine areas for future improvement. This has lead to more targeted and relevant campaigns and content.
Hearsay for supervisory use.
What do you like best about the product?
Hearsay is very easy to navigate and is a useful tool in helping with our social media review and supervision.
What do you dislike about the product?
A link to view the content library while in the administrative/supervisory role would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ongoing updates to features are helping with filtering and navigating. Saving commonly used filters speeds up the process for efficient review.

Hearsay is a robust platform that allows firms to utilize as much of their available menu so customization is possible to allow specific needs to be met.
Hearsay is a great way for people to promote their company through the use of social media!

It is very easy to get started in it and help others get set up.

Sometimes it is easier to just write a post on social media directly

Makes it easier to access social media from work. Less time consuming

It was easy to set up, and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it is a little pricey, but within the scope.

Letting our customers/members know where we are, when we are open, etc.

Ability to update information on multiple directories to help business listing's visibility on Google.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support does not always know how their own dashboard functions and are not always helpful when troubleshooting issues with large groups of multiple entities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to generate graphs with Google My Business analytics for business owners.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Works well if you are only looking to use for a small amount of businesses. You will get frustrated at the on boarding process until you understand the limitations of the Yext dashboard in relation with Google My Business. Definitely recommend over other similar services from other companies, but don't expect perfection.

Very responsive customer service, builds relationships with client
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboards are a bit chaotic. Would like to see more variation of text (bold, italic) to keep it from being just a wall of text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing our Facebook child-pages is wonderful!

campaigns have made it very easy for our agents to regularly post content to their social media profiles.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mail needs to be improved on, it is too clunky and hard to navigate. You also cannot delete contacts which is a problem when you have multiples.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hearsay has made it easy to make sure all of our agents have a voice on social media and are sending out compliant posts. Our agents love the platform and rave about how much time they save using it. If it wasn't for Hearsay most of our agents wouldn't even be on social media promoting the brand.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it. They have a great support staff and work with you every step of the way.
