Excellent service!
What do you like best about the product?
My Success Team at Yext is always kind, courteous and helpful! They keep me on track to achieve my company's goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only missing piece I have found is Yelp. I wish it were easier to deal with Yelp through Yext.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to standardize our company listings across more platforms than ever possible by managing our online directories manually. Yext saves me valuable time and offers additional resources I could not obtain on my own.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Please consider all options and ask questions. Also, take advantage of the training they offer as I am still learning new things about the platform all the time.

Update multiple listings at one time and ability to see # of searches.

There are some features that I am not able to edit and need the help of customer service.

The ability to show our organization how often we are showing up in search results.
Yext Answers, A Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
It is extremely easy to make updates to the Knowledge Graph and view real time search analytics to inform website optimization strategy. Our search experience has improved significantly and we have more data at our fingertips and control over our online brand presence than ever before.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like there to be a way to preview changes to the knowledge graph and answers experience. This was possible when we were in development but no post go-live to my knowledge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving our search experience on our website. Search volume has increased notably since launch and continues on an upward trend. We have also been able to claim and manage all of our listings (not only Google My Business) and are starting to dig into the analytics available to understand customer feedback.
If my friend or colleague represents an entity with multiple locations, Yext is a perfect solution.
What do you like best about the product?
Centralizing data and creating one place to update listings and your own sites information is at the top of the list, but I must say what I like best is having Yext counselors that can advise and guide us through challenges we face regularly. They are knowledgeable and always friendly! Those human connections that help us be the best Healthcare organization are what is invaluable about Yext.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little to dislike but I can see it being challenging for smaller companies to participate. Yext will be a good fit to a larger organization with many entities to manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They first helped us solve the issue of not having all our clinic listings online, Yext's engine ensured we have proper listings across the web. Second they helped us integrate search and FAQs into our site with contextual search and both CDC and our own Borrego Health questions. We immediately saw an increase in traffic as a result along with knowing we were directing our website traffic to the most relevant content. Lastly they are deploying clinic and provider listings alongside our website which will also propagate throughout all the online listings giving us a truly centralized source of data that can be easily maintained within Yext's platform. The biggest benefit is the human element where someone is available to answer questions and walk you through solutions as needed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are having trouble keeping listings accurate, or are having issues with not being listed everywhere please consider Yext. If your site has useless or limited search (you know what I'm talking about), please ask Yext how they can help with their contextual search engine which is relatively easy to implement. If you need FAQs that are sortable and searchable Yext can help with that and so much more! They are friendly and knowledgeable and always willing to help!
Amazing Information Management System
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is intuitive and user friendly. I'm able to seamlessly go from data management to seeing performance. Great tool to manage business information on third party sites in real time. Collect and manage first and third party reviews to improve your business trust and authority. Their new Answers (on-site search) technology leveraging the knowledge graph is the best way to surface relevant information to users on your website.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all. The tool is great, the staff is amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping accurate and consistent retail data on my website and third party sites like Google, Facebook, Yelp! etc. Now I'm leveraging it to improve the site search experience by providing customers the answers they need based on AI not keyword matching.

Team members are always accessible when you have questions.

Team members come and go off account quickly.

Data cleanup, easy way for us to update data across all platforms
Yext makes it easy to update our 1000+ locations, which has been crucial during the COVID pandemic.
What do you like best about the product?
The analytics are extremely insightful. We’ve used this data to help support store operations, new store traffic, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be beneficial if we could do more with holiday hours/temporary operating hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext has allowed us to see that our customers leverage search engines rather than maps more frequently, which has led us to develop more refined listing profiles.

What do you like best about the product?
The Yext team is very helpful and proactive in managing our account. Not only do they offer advice and recommendations, but their service is fast and friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to say here. We have been very pleased with all aspects of the relationship.

We use Yext for their listings and localized content. So our customers and prospect can find us online. The results over the last year have been tremendous.

Very helpful during Covid
What do you like best about the product?
Yext rolled out several very helpful features while we were navigating Covid and the impact it had on our business. I was able to easily keep our listings up to date with relevant information for our students.
What do you dislike about the product?
None come to mind. It has been really easy to work with them and their product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have personally been able to manage a couple of hundred locations quickly and efficiently. I have found there are clear flags when a location needs attention and I have been able to act on them easily.
Great Team Effort!
What do you like best about the product?
The team at Yext goes above and beyond to ensure your company is making the most out of its resources. For example, for several years we tried to get our remote locations GMB verified without luck but Yext continued to look into the problem and found a viable solution. We finally have all 113 locations verified! We long gave up hope but their team was determined to make it work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative thing we have encountered is the time it takes to complete some projects. Not sure if that is due to the size of their staff or if it's because we have downgraded our services (budget reasons) over the past year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext is helping us increase organic traffic through our listings, as well as building a better customer experience through our search tool. The insights provided allow us to focus our efforts on content creation and other SEO enhancements which help drive more leads and conversions.
