Poor Customer Service For An Expensive Service

What do you like best about the product?
Concept of handling every platforms at one place
What do you dislike about the product?
I tried to reach out to the person who sold the service. We are having some issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer service is poor. It is like YLEP they sell it and if you need service no one exists.

What do you like best about the product?
Efficiency to correct facts across multiple websites. Reminders and alerts things need attention.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sales guy I had. He was responsive when I was on the potential sale side but once I signed he is not helpful at all. I was an enterprise client before a reseller partner and so familiarity with YEXT was high, however, the first contract had contradicting info so I did not sign and waited until I had what I was told was needed to achieve my contract needs. Months later when I thought I had met those needs, I was told my understanding was incorrect. I then decided I could live with the requirements and when I received my second contract I repeated the same process as the first time yet different issue. I would have agreed I misunderstood had I not been familiar and versed in YEXT contracts and negotiations prior. It made my view of YEXT go from completely awesome to “well I guess they don’t care unless you’re Enterprise”.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Local search data is accurate and fixable as before without YEXT I could not get the information on the sites and the companies would not help for the most part.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Utilize the training documents. The videos aren’t as helpful. They are very short and high level, not drilled down. The library of support documentation and sales tools overall is great but a little overwhelming. Sometimes less is more but if you focus on one service at a time, the rest should be less confusing. Just make sure to ask the community, not just your sales rep where to begin. A roadmap to learning what first and so on is very helpful in hindsight.

What do you like best about the product?
It took us about 30 minutes to set it up, mostly due to internal code review.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the backend is a little hard to navigate for beginners, but we have a Hitchhiker for that, and it's a non issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to have an easy way for customers to find answers to our products that didn't involve them going to Google.

What do you like best about the product?
Great support team. Always willing to work to make changes upon request to ensure we have the best experience with their tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downside. Steep learning curve on the backend, but there is ton of learning support and it is intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have helped us locate what our visitors are truly searching for on our website, and allows us to more quickly serve them the information they are looking for.

What do you like best about the product?
Yext allows us to keep up with the ever-changing nature of our health system and medical group in ways that would not otherwise be possible with such a small marketing team. The efficiency of making updates in one place as opposed to each individual publisher has been incredibly helpful. Yext Answers has significantly enhanced the search experience on our website and helped us deliver the information that our patients are searching for in a more thorough and efficient way.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about Yext.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our Medical Group is always evolving (new providers/offices, address/phone changes, etc.), and Yext has helped us ensure that those changes are reflected online to keep our patients informed and our staff satisfied. Yext Answers also allows us to directly answer questions that are being asked on our website in a more thorough and accurate way. We've seen an increase in searches, website traffic, calls, and more.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a very easy system to learn and their support team is one of the best. I also love that they are willing to use their connections to platforms to help solve our issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Parts of our internal systems don't connect with some of the fields in the system. That leads to us having to manually put in information. However, we have a partnership that allows us to work through those so we can try to make it work for us.

One stop place for us to update information.

What do you like best about the product?
We have partnered with Yext on two products over the years -- Answers and Listings. The technology is exceptional and best-in-class. Answers in particular has transformed our CX, particularly with our job board.

The account and engineering teams are very responsive and knowledgeable, not only about their product, but they make it their business to understand your business and vertical.Working with one of their administrators/analysts to both build an API to our ATS and to then integrate Answers into multiple branded sites has been as easy as it could possibly be -- the communication and quality of work is exceptional.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the tech for Listings is strong, we encountered some hiccups when dealing with service, with slow response times and inconsistencies in delivery from one service rep to another. We shared this feedback frequently, so I am hopeful they are working to improve service on this end.

Pricing is very reasonable for Answers; however, we found that the pricing on Listings was significantly higher than other leaders in the industry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our ATS has a robust back end, but the front end doesn't work precisely with the structure of our organization to deliver a positive CX. Answers has transformed that CX, and while we are still launching the improved Answers for Jobs on our site, we anticipate a massive impact on our recruitment marketing ROI.

Similarly, our website does not have a native search function, and with 300+ locations, the ability to quickly and easily find the correct location, and/or relevant resources, is imperative. We simply could not deliver the information needed in an efficient and user-friendly way without Answers. It has been a game changer for us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Answers is truly an exceptional product, and depending on the needs of your organization, could be game changing. For listings, put in your due diligence and talk to the Big 3 in this space to see who's the best fit for you.

The learning curve can be a little steep for someone who is not in there every day. But once you get past that, it's easy.
