Helpful and Great Partnership
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate their attention to details and promtness to solving problems as well as providing multiple solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve for the advisors and approvers using the tool. It seemed like the updates would get lost in an approval limbo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to save a lot of time with multiple branch updates during covid. Be able to utilize Yext at the top of our marketing funnel for awareness and visibility with our branches and advisors within our different lines of businesses.
Best in Class
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is customizable and scalable for multi-unit businesses; it has a strong built-in publisher network. It's also totally worth it to have your own dedicated platform expert to help get the most out of the platform. I can bulk manage information across many locations at once, keep tabs on listing statuses, and quickly sync changes to the publisher network. The analytics area is a total hidden gem in the platform where I get great insights into listing performance and trends.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support team is spread very thin, so unless to upgrade to a higher tier of support, you may find it challenging to get timely support responses. We also use Yext primarily for listings management and online reviews, which have lately felt a bit neglected in product release updates in favor of newer products like "Answers". The way Yelp locks things behind a pay-wall makes it difficult to respond to Yelp reviews from within Yext, which is more of a problem on the Yelp side than Yext.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext allows us to manage business information across hundreds of locations at once, and when new functionalities are available, the Yext team is excellent at supporting quick implementation.

I like the value Yext brings to the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I dislike is the timing of solutions with Google. I feel their partnership should bring a quicker turnaround on issues with GMB.

Yext is standardizing our online presence with one platform.

Easy, single platform sign-on for listings management for multiple businesses across 50+ publishers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of existing Yext systems/processes for listings auditing and ability to check current listing information as it is displayed live on each publisher.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of how to handle the management of business information across most major publishers. The benefit of Yext is handling this information management in a highly automated way to reduce time spent getting our business information out there.

Yext Solved Address Problem
What do you like best about the product?
Our suite was No. 100, and another location was No. 140. When patients were going to the wrong location listed on Google Maps, it caused a lot of frustration and made for an unsatisfactory patient experience. I went to Yext and updated the address listing. Yext information fixed the address on Google Maps within a few minutes, and the office manager was very grateful. The wrong location problem had plagued this office for months, and we were able to resolve it within a few minutes (at least when people sought the address on Google Maps).
What do you dislike about the product?
I contacted customer support for Google Verification for the above location. It took a long time for them to get back to me, then they didn't resolve my issue, which was whether or not we needed Google Verification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I appreciate that we can view all of our locations in one tool and make easy updates.

Alot of automation and tasks that needs to be manually done. saves alot of time

I like that you can response to reviews on multiple platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is frustrating that they don't have a closer relationship with Apple so when a new store opens you have to wait a few days for their hours to be updated.

Allowing Franchises to update their store hours and respond to reviews.
Excellent Personalized SE with good Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is to integrate with the website and make it searchable. And Answers are too good for the product. Also, easy to integrate and manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much to be disliked. But pricing is on the little higher side if we compare with other competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are doing analytics based on current storage, which is very easy to analyze.
