Great platform for managing SEO and Reviews

Can easily update all our bank branch location listings and respond to Yelp and Google My Business reviews

What do you like best about the product?
Yext has helped us provide accurate and timely information to our customers. The team driving Yext makes it all possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system is a bit complex from the admin perspective, but with the amount of information it holds, it's not impossible to manage. What matters is its ease of use for customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of our store's information is being updated from one platform. Before, we had to update each platform individually which took hours. It also allows us to provide a functional search feature to keep customers up to date.
Canceling is absolutely horrible, and beware of their agreement, terrible tactics and hidden gems!
What do you like best about the product?
There is absolutely nothing I like about their customer service and business model!
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, everything about them! I do not recommend using this company, due to their shady non-transparent business model, and lack of easy cancellation. They make canceling their service so hard. When you think you canceled, well, check again, or they automatically hit you again, and then claim you should have read the fine print buried in their multi-page agreement. What a joke, if we ran our agency like theirs, well, let's just say, it would go over very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not solving anything, other than Yext taking our money with no refund. Benefits, I sure hope they enjoy this year and our donation. Horrible in every way!
The best platform on setting up any type of FAQ on your website
What do you like best about the product?
Yext is very data-driven and intuitive. We use Yext to find out the web traffic volume and how we can use the Yext platform to help the users to find what they are looking for and turn it into eventual conversion
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a lot to no like about Yext but the template provided can be better integrated with the system because if there are any typos or mispelling during the FAQ update, it can crash the entire FAQ Section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to find what people are searching for on our website, what answers can best help to describe our service and also what we can do to get the people to the right place on the site for eventual conversion to wins.

Yext is great if you have a website setup and you want to help your user to find what they are looking for by implementing a search function.

YEXT allows us to manage things quickly and effectively, especially when it comes to being a large enterprise. One of our favorite things about YEXT is the support we receive. Our Success Manager is always finding ways to boost our Brand, and the YEXT support team is more than gracious overall.

At this time, we don't find any downsides.

YEXT is helping us to save time, money, and resources that we previously spent to manage our listings. The benefit of having YEXT is knowing you have a solid partner with a solid relationship with industry giants like Google and Facebook, which we all rely heavily on for growth.

Essential for Reputation Management
What do you like best about the product?
For having individual and brick & mortar listings within the platform, I like structuring it in a way that makes sense for our organization. Yext's support is also solid, as they're ready to assist no matter the question or issue that needs assistance. Their analytics section is also very robust, providing detailed information on listings and overall performance. Lastly, they have a detailed on-boarding process for new clients and specific steps to ensure we're set up for success in the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not a lot to dislike with the platform. The filtering options can seem cumbersome at times with so many choices to pick and overall a relatively intuitive tool to get acclimated to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Launch the platform to help with reputation management, as well as building upon SEP for our physician and entity listings.
Our individual support is great.. Some things take time - but SEO value is top
