Love the TEAM of Yexters
What do you like best about the product?
Always someone knowledgeable and available to answer any questions. It's truly a team effort, and I never feel alone navigating this online journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
The constant change in "account managers".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of updating online information with one simple click. Love the review analytics too!

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature is updating store hours at a moment's notice for specific regions. With Covid constantly changing our hours of operation, Yext was an absolute must-have.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the representatives were more proactive at identifying profiles that aren't linked correctly. Or sharing strategies that work with other businesses within our industry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was a pain to manage our brand across multiple platforms, let alone our essential information like name, address, phone, website, and hours of operation. Yext makes it simple to update profile images, hours, website links with UTM codes, and so much more.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have more than 10 locations, this is a no-brainer software solution your team should have.

What do you like best about the product?
Yext is super helpful in consolidating all of our reviews sites and provides an easy way to review performance data and page content in one place
What do you dislike about the product?
Dashboard/UI was a little tough to get used to at first

We have a Google Business duplicates issue that has been ongoing, but Support has been excellent in helping us navigate through it

Highly recommend! Would psend time with the onboarding team to really understand the interface and all of the options available
Yext is a smart, intuitive, and powerful platform for listings management.
What do you like best about the product?
Yext is a very effective online platform. Its powerful Knowledge Graph allows us to easily manage all our locations and physician information in one place. We have seen massive growth in search and performance KPIs as a result of our Yext deployment. It also allows for customized access levels for different users. The Yext premier support is excellent -- very responsive and knowledabe. The User Suggestions section is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Yext doesn't have an agreement with Healthgrades, one of the most popular physician listing sites. Some of the analytics are a little disjointed i.e. you get Google data separately from other publishing sites. You need to pay extra for Managed Duplicate suppression. Sometimes it can take quite some time for changes to be pushed out to some publishers and that seems to vary a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to manage all our listings data in one place. Up to now, we had a very siloed and disjointed approach to management locations and physician data. It has substantially improved our data accuracy and search engine optimization.

Great customer success team. The use of the technology saves us so much time.

I wish we could automate the addition of licenses to new entities without paying more.

Saving time by managing listings across platforms in one place. We also have much more accurate listings that we did prior to using Yext.

I like that we can update location information easily across a range of publishing networks.

I wish you could be notified when you get a question from Google.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring all the information we have about our properties is up to date. The benefits we've seen are we can make sure all this information is up to date and correct across a range of publishers that we wouldn't normally have had time to update.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great product which saves a lot of time getting consistent accurate information across a network of publishers. The amount of time you'll save, with the added benefit of a fantastic support team is invaluable.
Yext for Homebuilders
What do you like best about the product?
Yext has saved us hours of work by providing a dashboard that makes changes and updates simple and easy. We can update hours for an entire division with a few clicks. And their templates make large-scale or common changes very simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
We reuse telephone numbers in our model homes so we are constantly getting listings marked as duplicates. It would be helpful if there was a better way to manage that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem we are solving is timely and effective listing management. With well over 100 locations, maintaining them with accurate information is a headache and the Yext platform makes that easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Implementation can take a while, but in their defense, we are dealing with a ton of information that needs to be correct. Other than that, I have been incredibly happy with how much easier Yext has made my work life.

What do you like best about the product?
Yext is easy to use and update. They are great at adding and developing new features to make digital maintenance a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've used Yext for nearly 7 years from agency work to digital marketing manger. I can't think of a feature that I need, miss, or needs improving. Great product!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Duplicate suppression, quick and easy hour updates, GMB posting.
Yext is always on top of any requests we have and it is a great platform

The support is excellent. Our team is always quick to respond to any requests that we have.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I would say I dislike about Yext as a company nor the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have seen great strides with managing our reviews and our local office pages are performing better and better each month.
YEXT USER AND LOVE IT
What do you like best about the product?
Very friendly tool, and the support staff is excellent. Very easy to work with, and I always walk away having had a great experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface has a bit if a learing curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NAP and SEO have all been improved. Very easy to submit changes to prominent data vendors. We have been more productive.
