Effortless to Use with Clean, Quality Content

This solved the problem of making sure my socials were compliant with the company standrads
Effortless Communication and Seamless Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to have texting as an available option to communicate with my customer base. I also like the built in social media features, and the overall ease of use with the program. It also integrates fairly well with my companies systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I received push notifications for messages, instead of emails. Email notifications are great, but they don't offer the same instant "in your face" type of notification, that would be useful in this sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This allows for an alternative way to reach customers when they are avoiding phone calls or emails. This benefits our agency greatily as most business is conducted via Yext.
Too Complicated and No Support.
What do you like best about the product?
Review response and the use of AI technology to power the responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
VERY COMPLICATED. learning curve is too high and there is zero support. My brand was onboarded VERY poorly. Half of our locations don't even have an online ordering link entered into the entity. Nearly everything is BLANK. We only use a fraction of the potential. So why pay for it? You don't care if we are using the systems to their fullest. You got the monthly contract so who cares after that. Completely unethical. I'm already in discussions with Chatmeter to potentially move my business. I've been asking for a higher level of support for a year and we have not received it. Absolutely nothing proactive on your side at all to point out how we can use your systems better. It's an expectation that we learn YOUR system on our own and the reality for most businesses is that we do not have the resources to learn something so vast and complicated as intimately as we pay for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext marginally helps with listing management and does a good job at review response. Benefit is AI is doing review responses and I have less resources to deploy to that as a result.

Associates respond very fast to any questions

Sometime it can take a while to get something figured out

It is showing a platform where clients can see advisors profiles and team memebrs easily

It's very user friendly and easy to use. The prompts that help responding are seamless and makes engaging with customers relatively effortless.

Although it's user-friendly it's not that intuitive so does take some guidance to get used to which features are the most useful and helpful.

Easy Website Setup but Lacks Lead Generation

I like that Yext makes it easy to match clients or potential clients with my profile, which is crucial for attracting the right audience to my website. Additionally, Yext simplifies the website setup process, which I find immensely beneficial for integrating within a larger company's structure. What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not satisfied that Yext is not helping attract anyone to my website right now. The setup for the website is complete, but I'm not receiving any leads from it. This makes me uncertain if Yext is effectively working. I could benefit from having more results in terms of attracting potential clients or generating leads.

I use Yext to simplify setting up a website for a large company, aiming to attract more clients and grow my business. It makes the process easier and ensures compliance, transforming a potentially onerous task into a simple one.
