Axiom Team excels at querying, with a query language that makes it very easy to assemble queries. The platform also makes it simple to create dashboards from logs. Axiom Team dashboards are used to monitor execution time, pricing, and errors. Axiom Team has positively impacted the organization by greatly reducing logging costs.
What needs improvement?
Axiom Team can be improved by ingesting logs faster, if possible.

What is our primary use case?
My main use case for Axiom Team is for logging and observability. We use Lambda for all of our compute, and all of our Lambda logs go to Axiom Team.
What is most valuable?
Axiom Team offers excellent features, particularly the AI agent for writing queries, which makes the process significantly easier. The AI agent has changed my workflow by eliminating the need to consult documentation for query writing; I now use the AI agent instead. Axiom Team has positively impacted my organization mainly in terms of cost, as we have reduced our logging cost by approximately half. The cost savings were achieved by moving from Amazon CloudWatch logs to Axiom Team logs.
What needs improvement?

My advice for others looking into using Axiom Team is to examine the cost of your current logging solution and determine whether you can achieve cost savings. I would rate this product 9 out of 10.
