Great experience with a few hurdles
What do you like best about the product?
Data transformation from source to target can be done quickly, and the platform is reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there might be a delay in data ingestion or records mismatch due to some discrepancy in configuration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps in extracting and transforming data. Acts as a connector between our source and destination
Hevo | User Friendly & Effective ETL Product
What do you like best about the product?
Hevo's console is very easy to use, their customer support is also very helpful and they have proper technical knowledge of the product. Its UI is much better than the competitors, and the docs are also well-written. They also provide very easy transformation console and features like Models are also very useful for pre-computing the data
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some of the options (like pipeline plugin, skipping delete events in logical replication) which are neither on the front end nor mentioned in the docs. We had to ask the support for these things, we came to know about a different pipeline plugin when we started facing some issues. So these things should be on front end or should be mentioned properly in a doc.
They should also improve their API with better messages and status codes. We get bad request/not found status codes when the object is already included or does not exist. They should also include a proper status message as well.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is providing us with easy transformation and loading data from our source database to the destination database. This has increased our productivity as we did not had to invest time to migrate and transform our data, creating and setting up a pipeline is very easy and fast.

What do you like best about the product?
What impressed me most about Hevo were the easy mappings through the visual interface, the customization of ways to extract data from the source of the pipeline and transform data in the middle of the pipeline (along with a test of how it would look after the transformations).

What do you dislike about the product?
The limitations I had with Hevo were more related to the use outside the scope of the tool than the application itself.
They could implement a way for the pipeline destination to set the auto-incrementing id without having to make the value explicit through the mapping.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly resolved migration issues with real-time updates. That otherwise would require a long process of development, testing and replication to other environments.
Hevo Hubspot and Mongo Integration
What do you like best about the product?
Still growing product, with fast pace changing enviromante as our company it's a grate tool, We can connect new source of data in no time and create utomatzetions off all sort.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have issues with performance, it's greate for Facebook, Adwords, MongoDB but have problems with ingesting greate volume of data from API based sources like HubSpot

Hevo helps me to connect and test new datasources, we create datalakes from e-commerce and we are rapidly growing and changing sources all the time and hevo is helping us that testing

Pricing is a bit on high side. I have seen other tools with better pricing

We are syncing ads data from facebook and google to our database, which is then used for dashboarding and reporting.

One of the best software that helps route and arranges pipelines for easy workflow. It includes several plugins and advanced functionalities for easy, intuitive documentation and processing. MAkes the processing more straightforward and seamless for the users and employees. Gathering and unifying data from other resources and platforms are more accessible. Data extraction from one system to another with great ease with the help of this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search tool does not include some necessary features in it, which results in making the search engine less intuitive.

The software is working and completing the tasks with lesser maintenance and fewer manual commands. Its automatic features has made our workflow easier and more faster now.

Capable data integration platform in modern data stack
What do you like best about the product?
We are currently using Hevo as a replacement for our existing data integration tools. Following are some of the best features in Hevo based on our experience.

What do you dislike about the product?
* Cost is on the higher side compared to our existing platform and some other tools available in market
* Some of the connectors like elasticsearch is missing features to be deemed useful

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hevo's ability to extract data from our existing data sources via CDC is the most used feature. We also appreciate its ability to integrate with other platforms that we are using.
Rapid deployment, love the schema mapper
What do you like best about the product?
I liked how fast I could move data, and how clever the schema mapper is. The mapper alone has made the whole thing worth it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure if my gripe is with Hevo or SQL server. But I generally didn't enjoy its SQL server support. Not enough control over frequency of data pulls, and experienced some 100% CPU pinning. On comparable hardware, PostgreSQL doesn't even really notice it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allowed for rapid data warehousing.
Seamless Integration
What do you like best about the product?
Hevo helps start-up ecosystems to integrate different sources without using a lot of dev effort. We were able to pull all of our Facebook data into our warehouse, create ETL and process tons of data using a one-man team.

What do you dislike about the product?
Even though their UX is not saturated at all, it's hard to find the solution you're looking for if you don't have some tech background. I believe that the onboarding process could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pull data from different sources (Google, Facebook, Appsflyer), clean it, and send it to our data warehouse without any dev effort to write code and maintain it.
