Harness Provides
What do you like best about the product?
The modularity of all the building blocks and the reduction of the number of unique tools developers need to use (and learn) to perform their duties.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documenation can be difficult to wade through at times, especially as the platform continually matures and grows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tool consolation and software delivery consolidation.

Even though the product is marketed as modular. It was clear from the demo that to get the most out of it you need to adopt all the modules

I like Harness Modules like CD, FEature Flag and Chaos Engineering. It is having more inbuilt feature or plugin to integrate or work with many DevOps tools

Documentation part. It has many scope to improve

It is providing a single deployment platform to deploy application across the infra ( on -prem and clouds)
