Microstrategy Oldest Yet in the Market.
What do you like best about the product?
This is one of the Oldest Reporting tool that is still used by many giants because of its flexibility & robust. It is a BI Tool which can be helpful in optimize business process using simple drag n drop option once it's set up completely.
What do you dislike about the product?
As the world is evolving & changing, it's time for Microstrategy to change a little bit, atleast in the look n feel in their overall software.
The interface is still old & sloppy, need much improvement so it will give a compelling look for their users.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every Clients has some data in the tabular form. Microstrategy can digest those data & help in giving insights based on selected parameters like Revenue Yearly/Monthy with Country wise, Area wise or all together.
You can able to extract the entire data in an excel format if you want just on click of a button.
The best part is you can set up once & it can be used by everyone at a time.

A simply outstanding business intelligence assistant
What do you like best about the product?
In my organization, we are using Microstrategy to consistently look at multiple aspects of our business based on an analytical perspective. I love being able to analyze data in real-time through attractive dashboards and the customizability of this software. Among so many things, I also liked and would highlight the way it allows you to leverage business intelligence for data mining and predictive analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked about this tool is the cost of its license, it is quite high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been using it to create custom data demo dashboards for practically. Its ability to handle large amounts of data of different types has made our life easier. The software is easy to use and its analytical efficiency is high. The technology of this software is simply great I would buy it again.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend it to any business looking to manage and organize large amounts of data for analysis and reporting. It is one of the fastest and most efficient BI software I have used, its intuitiveness, ease of use and technology are simply amazing.

User interface, BI capabilities. Desktop and web version with regular upgrades.

I appreciate the comprehensive analysis that can be done using this system. It has some amazing functionalities that can help us gain insight into our business and where there is room for change/improvement.

Nothing so far! Great data visualization and ability to automate reports.

We are using MicroStrategy to help deliver insights into our productivity. It has been great for helping to pinpoint where there is room for improvement within our business.
MicroStrategy the BI Tool We Never Deserved but Always Needed
What do you like best about the product?
I like the customizability that there is in MicroStrategy. The ability to move around visualizations so quickly is astonishing, and then the many different options are just fantastic on the visualization front. Going deeper, you can also see that there is just so much work that has gone into it that makes things so easy for developers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sql that it generates isn't readily available to see and view like in other tools like Looker. There are some nuances that you have to work through as well that can be kind of annoying if you don't understand them. The backend can be hard to understand at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to give customers meaningful information no matter where they are in the world, which is fantastic, means that we can share knowledge and insights easily and cost-effectively across the globe. We can also gather new insights and understanding that we hadn't had before.

Microstrategy is the best Business Intelligence solution in the market right now. Implementing was easy, and the UI is highly user-friendly.
I love that it is a brilliant tool equipped with many powerful tools and features for comprehensive reporting.

My only dislike is that it can get sluggish when working with large sizes of data.
Also, the software could do with a bit of upgrading to look more modern.

We use MicroStrategy at our enterprise to manage our data and develop more reports that help us identify the strengths and the weaknesses of our strategies to add more value and productivity to our business.

Their centralized dashboards, real-time analytics, and user interface are amongst the best features.

It is not very efficient when handling a large set of data, resulting in errors and redoing the whole thing.

My main concern was presenting data in a meaningful format. MicroStrategy Analytics visualization and reporting feature solve these issues quickly.

It is a platform that brings you business information and analysis through specialized global services and enables you to deliver unique intelligent applications. It has the ability to get different sources for different types of data and allows the user to make it more compact and useful.

It is very difficult to work with a lot of technical knowledge to use this software effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We generate reports and automate a lot of them which is really good given the flexibility we can work with. We save templates that can later be updated so that next time we don't need to start it from zero.
Best Business Intelligence and Reporting Platform
What do you like best about the product?
My overall experience with Microstrategy is very good and I have used it for more than four years now and Its one of the best reporting and data analytics platform available in the market. I can pull the data from multiple sources, do the data analysis, club the data altogether and generate a powerful report for higher management.

Microstrategy is one of the best reporting and data analytics tool. No dislike for this tool.

We have purchased its license for doing some sort of data analysis, generating powerful reports, data virtualization and pulling the data from multiple sources. Microstrategy is one of the best business intelligence tool for querying the data, sending automated alters for report distribution.
