Sounding words of advertising. There was no reliable project to say anything positive

MIcrostrategy Solid business product
What do you like best about the product?
Not having to rely on tons of coding or query. The other perks that have been relayed to me here at the office are that the mobile version is great! Especially the ability to access data offline. Also the price was is at a fair cost for what you are receiving with this product
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve for me was drawn out and still going.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily I use this software to determine customer service issues regarding some of the 40 core carriers we have.

Enjoy the product as it has many features and also in today's world can be utilized via mobile, or even in cloud version, but be patient as learning it can take time.

Microstrategy is unique in the way it provides a solid base for enterprise scale deployment and enough flexibility for our end-users to create their own reports.
Besides mobile capabilities are the most advanced in the market
At last but not least Microstrategy allows you to go over traditional BI by adding transactions to your applications.

The capabilities of the tool are very large which requires a good level of expertise to master the product

I like the way MicroStrategy interact with the business and helps develop interactive visualizations and graphs.

MicroStrategy needs a bit of technical knowledge

Increase in sales have been one of the greatest benefit of using MicroStrategy.

Setup for me was very technical and difficult. I do wish I could have afforded to pay for the professional setup from MircoStrategy.

Ensure you have sufficient skills or ample support before you start otherwise adoption will be very slow.
