I had to add some tracking code and I made errors. It was quickly fixed for me.
Drag-and-Drop Editor Makes Website Building Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is definitely the drag-and-drop editor. I am NOT a coding person at all—zero coding knowledge—but I launched my whole site myself. I could place pictures and text exactly where I wanted them, which is a big deal for my brand look.
What do you dislike about the product?
My site can be kinda sluggish sometimes, especially on mobile, which I worry about for SEO. And when you start needing the good stuff, like e-commerce features or extra apps, the pricing jumps up way more than I first thought. It gets expensive fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wix totally solved the problem of needing a huge budget to get online. Seriously, it saved me thousands of dollars by not having to hire a web developer to code my site. It's an all in one package-it takes care of the hosting, the domain, and gives me built-in tools for my online store and booking appointments. That benefits my small business big time because I got a professional, credible website launched really fast, which helped me start bringing in customers without any massive upfront cost or complicated setup, you know?
User-Friendly Platform with Excellent Support and Customization
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy working with the Wix platform because it is user-friendly and offers a wide range of customizable features. While their AI help feature isn't flawless, I find it to be very helpful about 90% to 95% of the time. What stands out to me most about Wix is their customer support, which has always been friendly and quick to assist. I've been using the platform for about a year now, and I find it easy to integrate both the blog and newsletter features. Overall, using Wix has been a great experience. Since I am new to website building, I can't really compare its ease of use to other providers. Nevertheless, I am very satisfied with how Wix operates and with the integration of its various marketing features.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I find least helpful about the Wix platform are certain restrictions when creating blog posts. For example, I am unable to add social media icons, and there are also some constraints when it comes to designing custom buttons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, Wix has been fantastic because it allows me to accomplish everything I need to build and publish my website all in one place. It saves me a lot of time, and I truly value how versatile it is.
Outstanding Support with Smooth Site Management
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the outstanding customer support at Wix. Without their assistance, I wouldn't have been able to effectively develop my website or create my book. I've been particularly impressed with Matthew from the support staff, who has demonstrated expertise beyond any I've encountered before. I'm also looking forward to utilizing Wix for creating videos. The dedication and helpfulness of the support team have made them my favorite aspect of using Wix. I am totally grateful to Matthew. He went above expertise. He knew more than any other software tech I have seen. THANK YOU MATTHEW! He did a truly AMAZING job above and beyond.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a very hard time finding the chat with a live person. I go through the chatbot, but I get very confused and don't understand a lot of its answers. Being not very computer savvy, I find it challenging. If there would be a way to go directly to a live chat from the toolbar, it would make things so much easier. I spend about half an hour just trying to locate and go through questions to get a live chat representative. Other than that, WIX is PERFECT.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Wix helps me with website composition, image downloads, setting up my store, resolving upload issues, and launching my flipbook effectively.

Highly Intuitive, Flexibly Designed, and Stellar Support
What do you like best about the product?
I have been genuinely impressed with Wix due to its intuitive and complete toolset, allowing me the flexibility to create exactly what I envisioned. Wix’s platform is incredibly user-friendly, which made my transition from using MS Front Page much smoother than anticipated. I'm particularly fond of how the AI chat support within Wix works exceptionally well, saving me considerable time and effort. The tutoring videos have been invaluable, providing clear guidance that has enhanced my expertise with the platform. Additionally, Wix stands out for its superior capabilities compared to other web design options such as Wordpress, particularly in terms of producing aesthetically pleasing websites. I appreciate the platform’s versatility, enabling me to follow my creative instincts without technical limitations. The true highlight for me, however, has been the outstanding customer support. On two occasions, speaking with real human representatives significantly eased my navigation issues; they were incredibly skilled communicators. The ease of integrating graphics and photos, with the editing flexibility for elements like buttons and frames, is another fantastic feature of Wix. I also value that Wix caters to modern needs by allowing seamless creation and editing for different device views, ensuring my site looks excellent across desktops, tablets, and smartphones. The effortless way it enabled audio file integration for my project was a big win for me. Overall, the great tools, comprehensive flexibility, and exceptional AI and customer support make me rate Wix highly and enthusiastically recommend it.

Limited Customization and Frustrating Cancellation Experience with Wix
What do you like best about the product?
If you don't need any customization, Wix can be appealing. But, I found it to not have many options.
What do you dislike about the product?
This was absolutely the worst company I have worked with to aid my business. After 5 years of using them, I still never had a working version of the website I was trying to create. It was a waste of money, and when I tried to cancel my account, they made me jump through so many hopes instead of making it easy to delete and cancel the account. I choose to sign up for 3 year terms, assuming that I could cancel at any time and be prorated the difference as a refund, they would not issue me a refund even though I had 2 years left on my plan. It's just going to go to waste now. They had horrible customer support.

They didn't solve any of my problems. They just took my money and left me to deal with it.

Easy to sign up for. Site is intuitive. Customer Services is helpful and responsive.

Their policies on refunds. But to be fair, the challenges I had were of my own error and not the company's.

I have had a wonderful experience working with Wix. I highly appreciate the ease of use that Wix offers, which is a significant factor for me when considering a repurchase. Setting up websites with Wix was not difficult, which made the whole process smooth and manageable from the start. The platform helps me overcome challenges related to website setup and assists in creating and updating websites efficiently. Additionally, the ability to create forms for events is a feature I find very useful. Overall, the platform's usability and functionality in professional website creation stand out for me.

I don't like the current pricing structure and would appreciate if the prices were lowered.
