A cybersecurity software worth buying
What do you like best about the product?
These programs are usually costly, but it is not the case with Alert Logic. Years ago, we ordered the demo version and got a good impression: the program seemed simple but with excellent features.
Alert Logic anomaly detection is fast and accurate, and it responds almost immediately. In addition, the notifications help understand what is going on, even if we have mechanisms that act automatically to prevent infiltrations. Alert Logic's original algorithms suit small organizations that do not handle sensitive information.
Technical support always answers any questions we have.

What do you dislike about the product?
Alert Logic was very good when we acquired it a few years ago, but it hasn't progressed much.
The interface is a bit laggy, making it confusing for new users.
Despite being a simple program, fully implementing it takes quite a time. I feel the process could be streamlined with an interface that allows you to use fewer clicks to get the same result.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Alert Logic to monitor the security of our network 24/7. The reporting system is perfect for knowing if we have any faults that require attention before any external intervention. In addition, the notifications are helpful when similar situations occur. It is also the software we use in security testing for the program we develop for our clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Configuring Alert Logic takes some time: the interface is a bit old, and uu ost to check that everything is in order. On the other hand, detection algorithms will always be better if you create them according to the company's needs. Of course, it takes even more time, but the result is an armored system and network.

A good security system for business of any size
What do you like best about the product?
Real-time alerts seem to be one of Alert Logic's strong points. They work pretty well thanks to the well-developed detection system. This feature is the basis of our security peace of mind.
This software has been effortless to deploy and configure on all our machines. It took very little time to get everything up and running on the systems.
The price seems quite suitable for all companies because it is scalable.
It's a simple tool that adapts perfectly to the evironment.

What do you dislike about the product?
Alert Logic has sent us false positives when it detects threats on the internal network a few times. It's not a big deal, but those times have been awkward because it took us a while to figure it out.
The interface is intimidating for users unfamiliar with this type of software. In addition, its number of functions is a bit intimidating, especially if we consider functions that are not so related to the security part. However, I don't find it complicated.
Luckily, these are points that can be improved.

Alert Logic is the backbone of our company's security system. All our machines are monitored by it. It has allowed us to handle our customers' information more carefully to ensure their privacy.
It is also the program we use for security testing on projects requested by our customers.
With Alert Logic, the security threats have been shallow, and the security tests have given more than satisfactory results.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Alert Logic is an excellent software to apply in almost any organization that wants to improve its security. The variety of levels also allows for scalability as the company grows.
I think it is necessary to centralize the security system in Alert Logic or make it the main point. Notifications should always be active to keep the systems constantly monitored.

Alert Logic is a good MDR for any business
What do you like best about the product?
The automatic anomaly detection is simply perfect. The software has a sensitivity that I think is appropriate for what we do in the office.
On the other hand, the straightforward implementation seems to be a solid point for using Alert Logic in all organizations and different platforms.
It is a simple tool that perfectly meets our needs in the environments we work with to take care of our own data and our customers' information.

What do you dislike about the product?
The experience has been very good with Alert Logic. I can't say if there is anything I dislike about the product.
Perhaps it could be a little easier to configure the new algorithms for less experienced users, but I understand that this is not their target audience.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our entire security system is based on Alert Logic. We always keep them active, so we don't worry about possible leaks.
We also do security testing against our own equipment to improve the algorithms and make them more accurate.
On the other hand, we do the same kind of tests when developing our customer's products.

Our program to maintain our security at all times
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Alert Logic is its real-time security. In addition, technical support is provided by a team of computer security experts who work 24/7.
The real-time alerts help us focus on other activities without worrying directly about our data security.
The security solutions are fully compatible with our office routines.
On the other hand, it is versatile enough for customer service.
In other words, Alert Logic almost does all the security job for us. Of course, we need to supervise and make decisions, but the software is complete for us.

What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't really noticed anything we dislike about Alert Logic.
However, we would like the pre-determined fulfillment algorithms to be a bit more elaborate. So, we create our own custom algorithms that work excellently for now.

What do you like best about the product?
Several valuable tools prove to have everything you need, but they are often complicated to implement because of the number of features. It is not the case with Alert Logic, quite the opposite. Still, you can take a little more time to implement more features.
It is a simple tool that delivers precisely what it promises: a secure environment that we can constantly monitor.
Anomaly detection and analysis work very well and in real-time. The alerts are accurate, with many details to know what is going on with the environment.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is a program with a good approach, but it still lacks a bit of development.
For starters, the user interface is a bit confusing and takes a couple of hours to get familiar with.
On occasion, Alert Logic sends reports of apparent security flaws in the network, but we realize that they are false positives upon review.
Its technical support is sometimes slow in resolving doubts.
These are all aspects that can be improved little by little.

We use Alert Logic for the security of our own company. We work with sensitive customer data, and the platform has been a solution to ensure privacy. It is our primary tool for identifying exposed areas to potential external threats.
We also use the software to test the applications we develop. In addition, it sends notifications about traffic and any data that could be compromised.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Although Alert Logic is a helpful program in all companies, I recommend you seek a test to see if it meets expectations.
The program should be the pillar of the security and privacy of all data handled in the organization.
