Intuitive cyber security platform.
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about this platform is that it has a dashboard that is easy to navigate. The technical support team is great too.With this platform it much easy for one to investigate web application on premises.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only that there is no mobile app for android IOS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Alert Logic MRD there is reduced cyber attacks across enterprise solutions from cloud to on premise.

What do you like best about the product?
Alert Logic is perfect in anomaly detection and has ideal sensitivity.The price is fit for any company.The technical support is very responsive and helpful.

Our experience with Alert Logic has been great so far and all the aspects are wonderful.

This software has been very useful in protecting our data and information.It has helped in detecting threats and respond to counter them. Alert Logic has enhanced real-time security in web apps.

What do you like best about the product?
Most complete enterprise solutions involve a lot of steps to install and get them up and running. Alert Logic is one of the few exceptions in the market.
I like that it is simple to install, even if it takes time. It succeeds because it has just enough features to accomplish its task of monitoring and responding to any security issues that arise.
The detection system is incredibly sensitive. It makes us confident that company and customer data will not be comprised.
In addition, the configuration templates are functional in the early stages of an organization.

The user interface is a bit confusing at the start, so the adaptation period is a bit awkward. However, it is something easy to overcome.
On the other hand, the detection system is so sensitive it throws false notifications from time to time.

We use the software to monitor the company's security in most areas. We work with a lot of data that needs to be taken care of, such as personal and billing information.

On occasion, Alert Logic sends alerts that don't end up announcing any problems. It is inconvenient because it puts the technical team on the lookout for a threat that doesn't exist. However, I'd rather it is a system that gives these kinds of failures than one that has trouble notifying about a real threat.

We use Alert Logic to monitor all of our systems at all times. Keeping the software active allows us to concentrate on other tasks without constantly worrying about the security of our data and customers.

The deployment and implementation time was quite short. I like that a security program is easy to use because it prevents computers from being unprotected longer than necessary.
Alert Logic is always active to detect anomalies in our applications, which implies a constantan monitoring system. Real-time notifications are perfect for taking immediate action.

The documentation is a bit sparse, but this is an easy-to-use software. However, I would like it to be more extensive, not wasting time learning everything necessary.

Its exceptional capacify for detecting and blocking hacks whole still protecting very sensitive and valuable material.

For once this is a platform I found just about nothing to dislike apart from cost.

False positives at times, a not so user-friendly interface are the ones I dislike most.
