Complete File analysis solution- FileScan.IO
What do you like best about the product?
Exposing vulnerabilities and threats within a file (Indicators of compromise) and showing detailed analysis of every function and API call within a file.
In the end, it gives a clear verdict if the file is malicious, suspicious, or clean, which quickly helps to decide whether to trust the file.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is no defintion/description of the vulnerabilities which are detected. A little explanation/definition should be given with a question mark symbol or "i" symbol, such that when you hover over the symbol, the vulnerability's definition will appear. It is a necessary feature that is missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Filescan.IO helps us scan any files we receive from our third party partners via Gdrive or s3/gs uploads. Helps us quickly decide whether the files are safe; if not , we ask the partners to re-upload the file stating that the files are malicious/suspicious and we also share the filescan report generated by Filescan.io.

Great file scan website
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that it was free and fast

I didn't find any qualities about the site that i had a problem with or disliked it was great

Filescan.io is making sure my files are clean and that keeps my pc clean and fast

Something I like about filescan.io is that it is very easy to use. It's not a lot of stuff you have to do. it also tells you what you need to do in order for the system to work. I love it so much

Some downsides i see about filescan.io is that the website is kinda dry and it is not very cool looking. I feel they should make the website a little more nice to users

Filescan is helping out users to scan files and to check these files to see if there is any bad stuff inside of these files. It helps us out a lot to protect us from things.

What do you like best about the product?
Filescan.io analyses malware in our files with in-depth threat analysis techniques. It can also be used to detect any malware over a URL or any particular link you provide to scan.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is an API-driven framework, so the risk of performance issues can arise if API cannot handle the file formats or the size of the files provided. However, most of the formats and file structures are supported.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to keep all the files threat-safe and ensures the user is free from any threat or malicious attacks. Rapid and dynamic analysis mechanism really helps to get the files scanned in no time.

It helps me to quickly identify and find out files that may be malicious this helping me keep my systems secure for viruses.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about this software is it is very easy to use and very user-friendly. I just need to drop the file and In very less time, all the threats are in front of you.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about that the maximum file size we can upload is only 100 mb for rapid analysis. Also sometimes I got too many errors when I'm trying to scan large size file.

The biggest benefit is it shows me that the files I am downloading from internet are malware free and my laptop is safe , and before downloading the file also I can check if the file is safe or not.

What do you like best about the product?
We began using FileScan.io after receiving suspicious attachments. It is an excellent addition if you download files from sources you don't completely trust (which should be all of them). It's a minor inconvenience, especially considering how much trouble it can save you.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing to dislike. No single solution can guarantee total safety. Don't let any software, however advanced, lull you into a false sense of security.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FileScan.IO lets users analyze files without downloading them onto their computers. Assuming you have a "normal" configuration and a common operating system, this is extremely helpful. Getting the wrong bug on your PC is not fun.

What do you like best about the product?
This is a free malware identification and analysis platform. I also provides comprehensive report of the analysis done. I have been using the Basic option and it is quite handy

Nothing much to dislike since its already providing lot of information.

We can have a preliniminary assessment of the unknown websites or locations before we access them and prevents being open to malware attacks

What I like most about this software is the speed at which it operates it is comparatively faster than any other tool in the market, the depth of the analysis is excellent, and it identifies the even minor threat to the system; more importantly, its just not malware detection software but it also uncovering potential IOCs

There is nothing major that needs attention in this software, but it can be improved in some areas like installation, scale but overall its good software to use

Basically, I am working in product based company, and it is playing a vital role in protecting our system and software from malware and any threat that could lead to lots of loss and slow down the process
