Loving using UJET
What do you like best about the product?
I love to use UJET because it a friendly user tool
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times it logging the system. That is why I I encountered some issue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like the customer concern regarding the reimbursment dispute

Forward thinking and ahead of it's time
What do you like best about the product?
I like that they are on top of their game. While using this company, there has never been but one single time their system went down and it was for an entire 30 minutes or less. You don't ever hear of that happening these days.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had more modern features that could be used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They solve our communications issues by far

What do you like best about the product?
It is the tool that I am using for calls and chats. There is a notification when there is an inbound call or chat so that I am aware if there is a customer. Easy to use. Great tools!
What do you dislike about the product?
UJET is easy to use when I am taking calls or chats. So I have no reason to dislike this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UJET helps me to communicate effectively with my customers that have concerns on their trips.
Its a good tool at work but sometimes its taking a hard time to sign in and sign out.

Due to recent report of punched in and out, UJET is currently working on that which will benefit me in the future for more acessible access

It gives an easy access everytime chat or email, and call. Ujet are very useful.

It cannot capture the customer satisfaction ratings automatically.

UJET is good and very easy to navigate.

UJET takes too long to load. It ususally takes atleast 5 min.

What do you like best about the product?
You did a great job when you ran the UJET. It showed that you are capable of getting people to work together and communicate effectively. The product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not have an option to remove the notification when it is linked to the tools and you need to remove it manually. it's so easy to use

It works in real time and doesn't often have problems so it's a big help for me to be able to adhere to my proper schedule

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and navigation is user friendly. I'm getting used to it and it really helps a lot in evreything I do. As a contact support, I can handle and help resolve customer's concern. I alwasy check and inspect all it's features evrytime I use it.

None so far. Everything is doing well and good

Receiving calls/ emails/ chat from customer
So far, everything is going smoothly.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of Use - It is very convenient to switch status once unnecessary banners.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are instances where banner blocks the status and I have to launch the standalone app to resolve it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is already integrated on our ticketing system eliminating the need to launch a separate system.
