Great addition to our stack
What do you like best about the product?
It's lightweight, easy to setup and administer, and it just works.
What do you dislike about the product?
I used to not like support, but they have become very responsive and knowledgeable. Not much not to like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us a solution for direct to cloud backup that is low cost to manage and purchase.

What do you like best about the product?
The backups are easy to set up and install. The installation process is easy and seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not getting the billing in one invoice. I receive multiple invoices a month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It frees up time to work on other projects and issues.
Great managed backup software tool.

I like that I can set up and manage multiple backups to various media from one interface.
I like that it itegrates with so many cloud services.
It keeps a backup log and it's easy to preform a quick restore when needed.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is the online purchase doesn't let you just purchase one license at a time and that i need to go through a thrid party reseller. It was orginally setup so it could all be done via the website. I just prefer self administration it's less hassle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reliable backup solution with the ability to choose cloud storage provider that suits needs and budget.
We use it on a daily basis but not for mission critical
What do you like best about the product?
What we enjoy about MSP360 is that everything is self-serve. Does not require you to wait for sales and speeds up the process in setting up and configuring the backup.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although intuitive to a certain extent, we still do not feel like this is a good solution for mission critical backups or to be utilized as a full disaster recovery solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A backup that allows multple options for storage, such as local network, through VPN or simply using S3 compatible websites such as Amazon S3, Minio and/or Wasabi - makes things easy.

MSP360 is easy to deploy and manage by several of my techs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a discount for multiple computers in the same location.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloud Backup choices are limited and MSP360 backups up everything from servers and workstations to MS365.

What do you like best about the product?
Full- featured, reliable backups, fully customizable, including image backups

Some updates introduced bugs in the past, however that has not happened recently.

A great, light-weight backup agent with all of the bells and whistles
What do you like best about the product?
MSP360 Managed Backups quickly lets us, a fairly small MSP, see the state of backup jobs running on our clients' systems. We can view and manage almost all settings from within the web console, as well as running state, percentage of data transferred to storage (local or cloud), backup job history, and can do this on the level of a single client system, a single client company, or according to other searchable features (in non-company groups).
Restore jobs can be initiated just as easily from the web management console.
The ability to use a variety of cloud storage providers means that we can dial in the needs of particular clients while still getting great storage rates for those who do no have specific security needs.
Pricing tiers result in significant savings on the per-client cost after a fairly small number of systems are placed on the plan, and get better as you add more, on top of starting off fairly reasonably-priced.

What do you dislike about the product?
MSP360 Managed Backup doesn't have much in the way of integrations with other non-MSP360 RMM solutions, and there are a small number of backup features (rarely used by us) that can only be accessed from the application running on the client's system, requiring remote access to deal with. If both of these items were fixed, I'd be hard pressed to find a downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MSP360 Managed Backup allows us to easily deploy local and cloud-based backup solutions for the clients of our MSP business, and gives us insights into how their data is flowing, plus reports on the state of the current and recent backups. This allows us to use a super-important tool when creating monitoring and support packages for our customers, including for those who don't need other services from us.
MSP360 Managed Backup - Great on-prem to cloud or cloud-to-cloud backup
What do you like best about the product?
MSP360 just works. We use it to backup cloud SaaS data as well as on-prem server data for offsite backups.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some aspects of the software that are a bit unintuitive, but once you get familiar with everything it's very easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For those looking to backup Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace tenant data, MSP360 is a great option. Also, very good for offsite backup of on-prem data.

Perfect integration with our cloud storage solutions, a hassle-free, malfunction-free solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really, we didn't find any downside to the software, nor to the licensing model, everything is perfect!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had difficulty managing all of our backups centrally. Now we have peace of mind and can use our time more wisely!
Fantastic backup solution.... especially for Linux based operating systems!
What do you like best about the product?
MSP360 works great accross all types of operating systems, in particular Linux based systems which is rare in the industry! This is a must have for us and works fantasic as a backup solution for both us a company along with our client base for all of our servers.
What do you dislike about the product?
No much really. Linux release notes could be more comprehshenive vs the windows release notes. But's that's about it really.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To be able to provide a cloud based off-site backup solution for both our client base and in-house.
