Useful and effective cloud back-up solution
What do you like best about the product?
Its easy of use and transparent licensing / pricing model
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to separately purchase the back-up license and online storage for back-ups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a way to back up Google Workspace and related data.

Why I have choose MSP360
What do you like best about the product?
The functionality and scalability of it are the most important for my requirements. Easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Until now, I didn't find anything that I dislike yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First, we can centrally manage the backup and recovery of my work company. The ability to schedule automatic backups gives us freedom without forgetting or making mistakes.
Also, provide me with strong security features, like data encryption and support for many authentication solutions.

Management console is good and simple, user configuration are simple and easy to manage.

Feature-Rich and Easy to Use: the MSP360 Managed Backup
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to set up at my clients' offices and easy to manage remotely: I can change backup selections, add email notification recipients and verify the backups are working.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been using backup software for 20 years and I honestly can't fault MSP360 Managed Backup on anything. Love the remote tools!

The MSP360 Managed Backup solves the problem of great remote management. I'm able to do everything remotely which saves me a ton of time.

The management console is easy to use and very powerful. It is great it can remotely apply settings.

It is not easy to get tech support on the phone when needed.

Provides a backup solution for clients at a very low cost. It creates high profit margins.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like best about the integration with blackblaze MSP.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike about don't have support backup using a storage library robot tape unit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MSP360 for me is a second backup option in my company, using this system, we don't need transfer our tapes out of office by security.
Solid Product At A Reasonable Price
What do you like best about the product?
We tried this after years of StorageCraft and decided to flip. Excellent MGMT and reporting. Flawless backup and recovery. Forever forward Incremental works great with managing our s3 storage.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much i can dislike. We do get some errors from time to ttime when reviewing backups. Tech support is usually pretty good at resolving after a quick email

We know wwe have good backups in case of disaster recovery and we can even quickly create a VM from the backup fil.
Good solution for MSPs

The portal is easy to use and monitor. It's a great tool for MSPs

Sometimes you get some errors that are difficult to solve

Reliable Backup Client for Cloud and Local Storage Destinations
What do you like best about the product?
Biggest strong point is the ability to password protect the console. In addition to that, reliability, cost, and configurability are important as well. The reporting options and sotrage plans helps manage billing for MSPs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the detailed configuration options use unfamiliar terminology that requires research to determine proper usage. Built-in help and explanations of these options would be helpful, along with some visual diagrams. But this is not a deal breaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an MSP it's most important that I protect my clients from data loss, including accidental, malicious, and environmental. MSP360 solves this by being reliable and requiring little ongoing maintenance. Job based notifications and monthly automated reports allow me to rest easy knowing things are working as intended. For clients who choose to receive their reports as well, it estabilishes a level of trust with my business as they can see the product I've recommended works as expected.
Great price, great products, great customer support, great experience
What do you like best about the product?
It's affordable and the support team is very helpful, knowledgeable and prompt to respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
They don't offer backups for Google Workspace. There's also no option Business Continuity which would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Server backups, I'm able to use MSP360 online backups for an inexpensive price and whitelable and charge my clients for the service.
