Cloudberry makes backups stress-free!
What do you like best about the product?
I instantly fell in love with Cloudberry and how easy it is to use. I'm using it with Amazon S3 for my daily backups and Amazon Glacier Deep for archiving older projects. Everything works seamlessly together. I've been so impressed by it that I've recommended this setup to several friends, collegues and my parents. I'm able to encrypt files and also customise the versioning settings, which gives me the peace of mind that I needed. Everything is clearly laid out and it's very easy to set up backup plans.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that held me back at first was that 'Amazon Glacier' wasn't visible as a separate option on the Add Account screen, which is inconsistent with some online tutorials that I'd seen. I read that it has been removed from this screen, but it was no big issue as I was able to work around it.
I simply added another 'Amazon S3' account in Cloudberry, with the same details as the one I'd already added, except pointing to a different bucket specifically for Glacier files. I renamed this account 'Amazon Glacier Deep' for clarity. I then set up a separate 'Glacier Deep' backup plan, using this account, and on the 'Compression and Encryprion Options' page I set the Storage class to 'Glacier Deep Archive.' Hopefully this helps anyone looking for the same solution.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to worry about my files being safe because, in combination with Amazon S3/Glacier, I feel completely secure in knowing my backups are secure and organised.

The license portal (cloudberrycentral) leaves a lot to be desired.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Need a simple solution to backup data to central or cloud-based storage, with the ability to encrypt as well. Benefits are the ability to recover in the event of data loss or destruction.

Initially, I purchased a cloud backup license at a discounted price, but later it was not valid.

easy and scheduled backup
simple backup to cloud
What do you like best about the product?
a good number of options and flexibility but simple to set up the basic backup
What do you dislike about the product?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
backup to cloud
Cloudberry Lab - Backup
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use interface, broad cloud integration. Creating a backup plan and adding cloud storage is extremely simple and easy to understand. The scheduling and block-level backups also make it very similar to enterprise-grade software. I am an SE Manager at an Enterprise Backup company and from a feature comparison Cloudberry holds up very well to most offerings in that space.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes having to create a restore "plan" when you just want to restore a file seems cumbersome and non-intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a product that would allow me to backup my ~1 TB of personal photos and documents while leveraging the economy of public cloud like Amazon Glacier and Backblaze.
Excellent cloud backup system
What do you like best about the product?
The MSP360 (cloudberry) interface is seamless to my S3 account which as a user, am already familiar with. The interface allows scalability to backup files with no to little limits needed with an independent cloud based software (users have an array of choices). The software is intuitive and user friendly. The software is clean, light on resources and notifies if users requires.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, the upload speed is robust and does not display any issues in the 48 hours of use. License is based on a single computer and not a user with multiple workstations like desktops, laptops or mobile devices with an enterprise grade backup solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits is reliability in front end to static storage. The scalability and reliability factor associated with S3 is a plus. The interface allows easy navigation and rapid deployment of backup. This gives piece of mind as the backend is associated with the number one cloud computing provider at time of writing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have knowledge of cloud backups, this interface allows users to have a backup of enterprise grade. Some knowledge is needed to configure but is worthwhile.
