A useful and easy platform for the backup of my company's information.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about this platform for me is the integration it has with different repositories such as AWS, which is the one we worked with before and has an excellent cost-benefit.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like is that I feel that there is a lack of other reports or a way to generate your own reports. There is an option to customize but it is about the same information and I would like to know the size of the backup of each account for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved the loss of information throughout the company derived from the implementation of this tool and it helps us a lot by being able to manage everything remotely.

Easily managable and practical tool

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using MSP360 for the past seven years and it has been one of the best backup tools I have ever used. It is a straightforward yet effective tool that is easy to navigate and understand. License management and user configuration are extremely simple and easy to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my years of using this tool, I have only encountered a few problems, which were quickly and effectively solved with the help of MSP360 support. For anyone looking for a backup tool, I would say this one is a good one to start with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to provide a secondary backup restore solution for my client. It is incredibly handy when a server crashes since it allows me to quickly get everything back up and running in a timely manner.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and the ability to backup to a self hosted MinIO instance
What do you dislike about the product?
The 0365 backup does not support backing up to a MinIO server. This can be done with the consumer version, not the MSP version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing backing up multiple different types of data (Server images, SQL, Exchange, File only) to multiple different destinations (USB, NAS, Cloud) all using the same product. As well as reporting and managing multiple separate clients and sites.

Support team is responsive. UI has received meaningful updates over time. Very flexible cloud backup targets

Licensing the application for backup is more confusing than it needs should be

File Data backup for desktops and servers. Very flexible retention options.

Good Provider Backup System

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface was fairly easy to navigate. When I needed a particular function, it was easy enough to find. The functionality of the product was good as well, the backups seem to run reliably and were consistently successful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I prefer a completely turnkey solution. While the product worked well and was easy to navigate, I wanted a solution that was a full solution meaning: Software, Offsite Storage, Management, File/Folder, Full-Image, etc...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provided us a solution to quickly deploy a File/Folder type backup solution to an endpoint, in a pinch, backing up to BYO cloud storage. It did that VERY well and we still retain our MSP360 licenses because of that.

What do you like best about the product?
Cheap WASABI storage. The agent pricing model was nice and fair. Local control or remote control for backups which is nice if you are already remoted into the pc/server working.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't delete data without buying separate software (cloudberry explorer). Clunky slow been trying to delete a large account for weeks. Image backups are useless when restoring to dissimilar gear and based on windows backup. Needs to be more like rivals, Acronis, Datto, etc. But not as pricy as DATTO. Agents need to restart or worked on about 20% of the machines each day. Most are patched and current but the backup software struggles on some machines and not on others. There does seem to be more errors on average for me to fix daily than other providers I tested. Licensing management needs cleaned up as well. I always found licenses getting paid for with no machine or client that I had to disable. Like the machine was removed but the license was not released. With MSP's this is a pain and needs to be smooth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of the problems that we solved have gone away unfortunately with new modern backups so we have moved on to a new solution as it felt like they were not keeping with the time.

Good backup software

What do you like best about the product?
The software works really well. Backup to Wasabi is fast and file level restore times are reasonable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is dated. Not as feature rich as the competition. License renewals sometimes fail. Licence minimums.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I moved a client to MSP360 as couldn't get Veeam to install for some bizarre reason and needed to implement a fast solution.

Great backup management

What do you like best about the product?
I am using just the backup management features of MSP360 to back up data to Amazon S3 buckets. The features of MSP360 are very user-friendly and it is quite stable. I like having the SAAS management console that allows me to check and maintain backups from anywhere. After setting up the backup, I have not had a single failure with the backups. I also like the feature allowing us to report both successes and failures and send them by email. The app (I am using the Android version) works well, and will push notifications reporting backup job success or failures.
What do you dislike about the product?
In all, there is nothing I have found that I do not like about MSP360. I had some minor hitches getting the process set up to begin with, but was able to contact support and get those issues quickly resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were originally using CLI to sync backups with Amazon S3 storage. While this worked well enough, it would be hard to maintain going forward. Using MSP360 to replace the CLI process has made it much easier to maintain and track the backups, and gives immediate feedback when something goes wrong.
