Very fast, useful and saves you some time every day!
What do you like best about the product?
Very handy. Don't have to go to a million places to get what I want!

Glean just makes finding everything so much easier and more convenient.

Nothing really. It gets the job done pretty well for what it advertises it to accomplish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Glean is aiming to make enterprise search easier, and it greatly benefits my productivity by making it easier to find documentation.

What do you like best about the product?
It easily allows you to ask questions and find resources across all your company's systems. In less than a few seconds, I can instantly have the best possible answers across Slack, Guru, Dropbox, Excel, Zendesk, Help Desk, etc. Being a CSM at a new company can have its challenges. There's a lot to learn and many places to search to find the information you need. This tool makes it sooo easy to find what you need. It's simple and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool finds what I need when I need it. Have not uncovered any bugs or corks thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are so many places to look to find the information I need to do my job across our tech stack. Glean simplifies all that and saves me a lot of time finding what I need when I need it. Makes it easier to handle calls and follow-ups.

There are two things that I love about Glean:
1. It integrates all the systems I use daily - Jira, slack, confluence, and our engineering documentation in a straightforward search interface. Usually, I can find anything I need, and it ranks it based on popularity and access to the documents. Therefore I tend to receive very up-to-date results.
2. It allows me to have a query-answer functionality integrated with slack. That helps to find out answers to day-to-day questions quickly.

Very user-friendly product. If you know how to google something you know how to use Glean.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I have not had any issues with the search functionality there have been a few bugs in the UI that I have run into. The team has always been fast to fix them though. It is probably just a byproduct of being in that startup phase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes everyone just a little more efficient at their jobs and cuts down the time it takes to find information. This is saving the time of not only the person searching but also the ones who get all the questions about where stuff is.
Blazingly fast and very high quality results
What do you like best about the product?
Glean integrates with all the Saas apps I use on an everyday basis, from google docs, slack, workday, JIRA and confluence among others. Since we installed glean, I have never once gone to the individual interfaces for these apps to search for anything. Glean is very fast. The browser plugin makes it even more effective. The quality of results is awesome, and it can nearly always guess the right data source to retrieve the content from and rank the results appropriately. We also use the announcements features to publish items we want folks to know broadly.

I just hope that Glean can retain its simplicity going forward
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I equate the arrival of glean to the arrival of google.com over yahoo. Finds all our internal information within miliseconds.
All in one search
What do you like best about the product?
Simple and it works! Everything accessible when you cannot find it. Clean UI and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is another tool to manage but not overwhelmingly so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of our content is scattered and it's impossible to find things without searching in glean.
Powerful search tool for internal everything!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Glean acts like an "internal google search" across all of our company's docs, files, etc. If I remember I saw "something somewhere once" I can actually find it again with Glean! I also find the filters truly valuable, particularly if I know who the document author was or who owns the file or folder. The privacy settings also give me peace of mind that anything I deem confidential will stay that way.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I truly don't have any complaints with Glean. It integrates so well into every day use and has so much functionality I haven't even touched yet - I think just my list of "likes" will be growing as time goes on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding what I need (info, documents, owners, etc) in a timely manner. We use Google Drive for our company files/documentation/everything - and the Drive search is rudimentary at best. Glean makes searching even the most random reference ('I think the document said "cranberries" somewhere in it" and voila, there it is!) so much more efficient and accurate.
Enabling immediate access to materials that come to mind
What do you like best about the product?
I can search for any information within the company from just one search window. It has the ability to share knowledge not only with myself but also with other colleague, and to design flexible access routes to information within the company. The time required to access any information has been greatly reduced.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding data sources that are not supported requires manual construction using the API, and it would be even more appreciated if this man-hours could be reduced a little more. We are looking forward to more enhanced management functions in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduction of time required to find materials. This was the first step in an effort to make knowledge an asset of the company, rather than something that is kept to oneself.
