Qualified guides in a strange land
What do you like best about the product?
The software product is brilliant, very user friendly. Actually enjoy logging into the product frequently to maintain compliance. Also, integrating Thoropass with our Microsoft's Azure tenant was very easy.
But what sets this company apart is the customer success representative assigned to you. Between the regular prompts from the software and the scheduled meetings with the representative, makes traversing the compliance landscape (almost) fun!

What do you dislike about the product?
The software is constantly being improved/upgraded so adapting to the changes as they are published can take a little extra time. But, always worth it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our clients and their industry require SOC 2 compliance. Having this certification gives us a level of confidence in our systems and processes in an increasingly dangerous online world. It also helps to set is apart from our competitors.
My preferred compliance platform
What do you like best about the product?
I have experience with other compliance platforms, and Thoropass is my favourite by far. Nice UI, easy to navigate, integrated audit. 100% recommended!
What do you dislike about the product?
They still lack live chat, but the support team is great and responds in a timely manner.

Thoropass makes HIPAA and SOC2 Compliance Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Thoropass has assembled all of the parts needed to pass thse complex compliance frameworks. And because we are doing two at once, they identify overlap so we can make progress on both. Plus we have regular (and quick) calls with our point of contact at Thoropass to help us if we have any questions or issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is evolving and improving quickly. We've had a very small number of technical issues but they've always been resolved very quickly.

Thoropass is helping us meet HIPAA and SOC2 compliance.
Simple and intuitive to use
What do you like best about the product?
All compliance requirements are there waiting for you with detailed instructions, with no need to research topics. Integrations were two clicks away. Furthermore, they have a dedicated agent to support you with any topic - very responsive. Overall, very easy to use their product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some instructions were not clear on how easy or complex their implementation should be and I required agent clarification.

SOC2 and GDPR compliance. They help us by streamlining certifications.
Great services for an underserved market
What do you like best about the product?
Thoropass delivers a seamless service solution geared for the small to medium company looking to achieve, maintain, and prove compliance and certifrication and avoidance of all of the numerous challenges and pitfalls that organizations experience in the process. Thoropas is easy to use, easy to work with, offers hundreds of ready made examples and templates that can be used, with all control proofs kept organized and available online. The compliance dash board tool is fantastic for quichlyu tracking efforts and quickly identifying issues. The staff are absolutely amazing, well trained in their field, courteous and exceptionally helpful. The staff from customer account executives, Customer success managers, auditors, pen testers, all are dedicated to your success from start to finish. All of this is offered at a subscription cost that is affordable for the small and midzided market. As a 26 year veteran in securing small to midsized companies and Healthcare providers, I highly recommmend Thoropass.

Thoropass is not a free tool. That's about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Small and midsized business and organizations must overcome enormous challenges in achieving any level of compliance and certifications. And yet in today's cyber-threat and regulatory requirments landscape, achieving real cyber resiliance, compliance, and being able to prove it is something that corporate leaders can no longer ignore. Thoropass offers the service and tools any organization to achieve the results and objectives that a required with less time and effort consumed in the process to that the business may focus on it's mission rather than constantly dealing with the hassles and headache.
With Thoropass it is simple and easy to monitor compliance
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way that Thoropass has an easy to use task based interface that you can easily see what you need to remedy in your cloud platforms to maintain your soc 2 compliance. It also has automated monitors that work with our azure environment to monitor the environment and if anything goes out of compliance it will immediately flag it and give you a task to remediate it. It was easy to implement and integrate with azure. So far the customer support has been great and I use it daily to make sure everything in azure is compliant.
What do you dislike about the product?
In a couple of interfaces there are sections that require you to click twice but doesn't indicate it. Once you know though its not much of an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We only use few features in Azure and insted of doing things like recommending additional products like defender does, it only makes sure what we use is compliant.
Customer service provided by the team is second to none!
What do you like best about the product?
Working with my Customer Success Manager has been amazing! Allie has always been there to answer questions quickly and provide support and solutions as we have needed them. The Thoropass system is easy to understand and the user experience is great. Getting setup and implementation was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything.Honestly, I really do not have any complaints.

Managing information security compliance and auditing.
Great Pentest Process & Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The process for scoping and coordinating our pentest was very smooth. Overall, the Thoropass team was very communicative throughout the entire test. They did a great job of ensuring they weren't creating any operation risk when testing different components. Their reporting was efficient and clear, but also detailed allowing us to make timely decisions on how to proceed with their feedback. They offered a very flexible and easy retest process as well for anything we wished for a retests on. Overall, happy with our experience and how thorough the pentest team was in their testing.

No complaints or dislikes to report at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thoropass is helping us consolidate a lot of our compliance management. As a small organization, it is extremely beneficial to have a solution that allows us to consolidate a number of compliance needs such as security training/tracking, vendor risk management, policy documentation/review/approval, automated evidence collection for audits, and security questionnaire support all in one location. This allows us to work from a centralized location for our security needs and still feel confident that we are covering our security needs effectively.

Thoropass has completely transformed the way we handle compliance in our organization. Fharen, Jarad and the rest of the team has been so helpful. The platform is incredibly user-friendly and makes managing audits and certifications a breeze. What I love most is the seamless integration with our existing tools, which has saved us countless hours. If you're looking for a reliable compliance solution that actually makes your life easier, Thoropass is the way to go!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's user-friendly once you get the hang of it and integrates well with our existing systems. The support team is generally helpful, but we've noticed some delays in response times during certain scenarios, which can be a bit frustrating when dealing with urgent issues. There’s also a bit of a learning curve at the beginning, especially for those not familiar with compliance software. Overall, it's a great tool, but be prepared to invest some time upfront.

Thoropass is helping us streamline the process of achieving HIPAA compliance and SOC 2 certification. By providing a comprehensive compliance management platform, it has simplified tracking, documentation, and auditing, allowing us to stay on top of our regulatory requirements.
