Pleasantly surprised
What do you like best about the product?
I find it a really intuitive, easy-to-go tool. Easy to deploy, integrate, learn and navigate through it. Its ML based system really works, we received really few false positives. It covers all hour current needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lacework really will cover 80-90% of companies' needs, but for really mature environments with very advance need s maybe Lacework still lacks of some advanced functionalities such as proactive remediation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us integrated all our cloud security tools in a single one, as well as reducing costs.
Lacework will be the leading CSPM in the coming years

Anomaly detection and Compliance with Benchmarks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Alert detection delay and format of the alerts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lacework helps us to detect any anomaly in our infrastructure, being able to react fastly to them. Also we can ensure compliance with some CIS benchmarks.

A fantastic all-around advanced threat and detection solution
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Console is very easy to digest and understand; works smoothly with out change ticket system (JIRA); have been able to customize the kinds of stats and metrics I'm looking for; restrictive access so that not everyone can use it. Great integration with AWS
What do you dislike about the product?
The AWS security hub built-in package doesn't really provide what I'm looking for in regards to CloudTrail Logs. Still don't know how to setup the alerts. Enrolling accounts through Lacework in Control Tower is difficult with too many steps

How to better deploy security best practices, maintain secuirty posture and to more effectively use accounts in Control Tower,

Ease of integration into other systems, and the GUI is intuitive/easy to navigate.

It can be difficult to pinpoint data in specific queries, especially if you're ingesting massive amounts of data into the platform.

This product is helping add additonal context to evaluating risk with containers that run in production. The attack paths section helps prioritize what should looked at

- Search should be based on Natural Language processing so we can query in plain English instead of LQL

What do you like best about the product?
An easy tool to setup to weed out noise of security alerts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recent changes to using VCPU pricing could make it expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lacework has helped us have piece of mind in regards to activties in our production environment. We don't have to worry about as much noise as the important risky alerts get posted to us instead of common behaviors. It has also helped us with following recommendations for security practices across multiple clouds.
A great Cibersecurty monitoring platform
What do you like best about the product?
We use Lacework as our Cibersecurty Cloud activity monitoring tool. Lacework give us alerts about suspecious activities happening in our clouds and provides us relevant information for investigations. Also, vulnerabilities management for hosts and containers are very valuable as we use the reports as our baseline to drive our security releases. Finally, we use Security Compliance information to evaulate our security posture and is has been very useful to enforce our security policies.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have found some issues dealing with the volume of information that we have with the user interface; nevertheless the support team has helped us to find the way to use the Lacework API to retrieve the reports that we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lecework help us to unify and centralize several securty features instead using different brands and tools. Lacework gives visibility to our security issues and the main benefit for us is that we can track and follow them. The dashboards and insigths can help us to understand our progress and help us to prioritize our security improvement projects.
Better view of the infrastructure
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of information it collates and correlates, is amazing. Also the defining of different environments and how they interact with each other. Also the way to know more about possible threats.
What do you dislike about the product?
That normally alerts are sent at night to the team and also it sometime is not so great at alerting too, like too much data and not enough relevant information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to monitor the cloud env, passively, and doesn't want too much user interaction, so that is great.
