Very good potential but still lots of buggy behaviour. Seems like a beta

What do you like best about the product?
Lacework Polygraph is a robust tool capable of learning our system and detecting/alerting on anomalies. Instead of having to develop rules based on our system's unique structure, we've relied on Lacework's ML capabilities and established a baseline for our system. Lacework has also helped us track our compliance to meet ISO and SOC requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lacework's user interface is tedious to navigate. Users cannot open new pages for each issue and are given an overlayed tab instead. Moreover, Lacework is a complicated tool that requires time to learn, yet Lacework Academy is not kept up to date and often offers guides for aspects of the GUI which have long since been changed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lacework has provided our team with a complete view of our cloud infrastructure while enabling our team to respond to actual issues instead of sorting through alerts.

Still young, but definitely capable product.

What do you like best about the product?
Visibility into the activities in the cloud and on the hosts. Malicious activity can quickly be traced to it's origin. A lot of useful data on the assets and relations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Vulnerabilities in containers and on host do not provide actionable remediation recommendations (eg. upgrading the base image), they provide a list of vulnerable binaries to be fixed manually.
Alerts generate a lot of false positives to the point that severities below high are not really worth looking into.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Post mortem analysis (parsing through cloudtrail logs is simple and effective). Visibility into the resources across the organization, anomaly detection and investigation.
