What do you like best about the product?
The ability to rapidly build and deploy applications. Custom code, seamless integrations, and strong governance, which makes delivering enterprise-grade solutions both efficient and scalable.
What do you dislike about the product?
debugging in reactive/ODC apps, and version control can feel restrictive compared to traditional coding
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OutSystems solves the challenge of slow, resource-heavy applications. This benefits me as a developer by reducing repetitive tasks, speeding up POCs, and allowing me to focus more on business value and problem-solving rather than boilerplate coding.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way it provides me tools to verify the consistency of my code and to easily manage my applications throughout all environments.
What do you dislike about the product?
The license may be costly for most of the small-companies. I would like to challenge OutSystems to create a Light License to small companies. OutSystem's technology creates a big moat which will make small companies to stick to it (and grow!).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OutSystems is allowing me to deliver consistent solutions at a good pace. My delivery speed is outstanding.

It's very convenient to implement an application in just a few minutes.

In the logic tab, when the application becomes complex, it can be difficult to follow the flow at times.

Some error logs are difficult to understand and makes us spend more time debugging and analyzing the code

OutSystems makes it very easy to build and deploy applications quickly with low-code, while still allowing custom code when needed. The visual interface helps accelerate development and reduces time to market.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform has performance issues with large applications, and debugging can be harder compared to traditional coding. Licensing costs can also be high for small companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OutSystems helps reduce development time by allowing us to create applications faster with a low-code approach. It solves the problem of handling complex business requirements without needing to build everything from scratch. This results in quicker delivery, easier maintenance, and more flexibility for adapting to changing needs.

It's quick and responsive, so I don't have to reinvent the wheel every time.

At times, the software runs slowly on my Mac and it also tends to crash frequently.
