OutSystems - Simple yet powerful platform.
What do you like best about the product?
OutSystems provides lightning fast development with integrations to almost all platforms like SAP etc. It has very unique and better way of consuming and exposing Restful web services which I used.
Deployment of application from one server to another is made very easy OutSystems provides pipelines to enable faster deployment between environments.
Dev-ops is very friendly of OutSystems anyone who has basic knowledge can work on it.
Visual development is very developer friendly that eliminates the need to write long multiple pages of code, so it is very good.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is all cloud based platform that does not allows any of the process to go offline.
the development is also fully dependent on internet we cannot develop any application offline so it is a thing that I particularly dislike.
The preview is also dependent on internet since it is fully cloud based, I dislike this but it is not a disadvantage of this platform.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been developing enterprise application with the help of OutSystems for a big Singapore based client. The development is lightening fast and all king of work can be done here.

You can quickly build screens all the while being able to preview them in real-time,

What do you dislike about the product?
No SEO for reactive web apps,
If you go for a cloud solution, you lose access to certain functions like: writing on filesystem.
Jack of all trades master of none, meaning you can build all kinds of nice web/apps like: online shops, intranet, corporate website - but as soon as you stray from the path to wanting to build more complex out of the box solutions you end up finding more roadblocks than solutions.

We've built all sorts of solutions. From simple online forms, backoffice operations to SAP migrations. We have also built 2 separate apps.
The main benefit is saving time when building screens. You also don't need to worry about user databases and registration since that is built-in. The logic is also easy to implement and visualize in real time.

Perfect software engineering Environment
What do you like best about the product?
It's a modern platform which helps me to provide a software implementing facility. It also provides me with the possibility to construct an easy homepage, even though it is clear and sunny. It's great, since through Forge I can assimilate with several other attributes, and get services. Excellent cost cutting flexibility. And it assures me support for my business operation and productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
The developers indicate they 'd like to see possible branching on applications / modules for co-development. We would like a quicker response and a higher social status review interval on the OutSystems support to avoid us requesting a standing on ticket packages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have released a portal of checkouts for our inhabitants. We 're also going to focus on the internal innovation. Our benefits realized in our first stay are less wasted time on inquiries from our users although they have the opportunity to search about their own personal data. We look forward to the next real digitalisation of our administrative environment.

With the low code solution OutSystems offers you can create a complete bespoke application landscape to fulfill special needs for the business integrating with existing enterprise solution where necessary.

When you quit using OutSystems, the applications developed can be kept running but maintaining them will be harder than maintaining hand written applications
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We build a complete Energy market Message handling System. All handling of new market message types is also programmed in OutSystems. The received market messages are stored and the data is available for reconciliation processes and invoicing. By using OutSystems we were able to deliver functionality efficiently and fast.

It is a modern platform, which allows me to have a facility to implement the program. It also offers me to design an easy website, because it is cloudless. It's great, because I can integrate with other features and get services through Forge. Excellent flexibility to reduce costs. And it guarantees me support for the operation and productivity of my business.

In my opinion, the mode of implementation was a bit slow, it would be valuable to improve. As for the initial online training, I would like it to improve and get good results. It would be great and I would love to have prefabricated designs included.

OutSystems is excellent tool, we are using it in different areas of our company which we have an effective service. We also have an application development which allows us more workflow, speed and efficient use. It also allows us to increase efficiency and save money in various departments. It is ideal helps us reduce the time to market.

OutSystem easily integrates with existing systems and can enter your own custom code. As for this function, it allows to implement in any device in a positive way. It also integrates the device's native capabilities such as GPS, barcode among others. It is exceptional because it fits each scenario, and the company decides how the product wants.

How the OutSystems platform has all the capabilities to enable our development team to work efficiently and enthusiastically on developing the required solutions and deploying solutions fast. This has also the effect of more confidence in our IT development by the business.

The developers indicate that they would like to see branching possible for co-developing on applications/modules. On the OutSystems support we would like to see a better response time and higher status feedback interval to avoid us asking for a status on tickets.

Not being able to manipulate data in the database inside OutSystems tools. Other than that, the app is great.
