Working full time 5 years with Outsystem
What do you like best about the product?
AI is really good for proposing options for next click in a development environment. That is reducing bugs.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning, there were some rare problems in the front-end development before understanding better how Outsystems is constructing pages. Also in integrations, there are some invisible parameters automatically added in request, which caused some headaches. After discovering these, everything is smooth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building any kind of mobile or reactive application is fast and easy with Outsystems. It increases productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
Time saving , by using outsystems we build an enterprise-grade application within a three Month time period ,most part we like is outsystems allows integration with various technology which help us to fullfill our needs

since outsystems has higher compatability ,but one of the think which i dislike is outsystems has higher amount of pricing because of this there is no possiblities to use outsystems us a single developer we are having trouble on affort it !

Outsystems allows to integrate with varios techlogy like SAP , snowflake wich help us to use these us external data sources to get a data and display those data in a beautiful UI with the help of outsystems power
Outsystems is an excellent Low code technology as its Faster to market and having very good ROI.
What do you like best about the product?
Outsystems is user-friendly and has out-of-box features which are like easy to develop small to medium projects within very less time. Outsystems is an excellent Low Code platform for enterprise applications as its a faster to market and it gives very good ROI
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs improvement on dashboards and reports. Need more feasibility to add CSS and support for Javascript. Need to accommodate complex workflows which can be considered as an excellent BPM cum Low code platform.

Before Outsytems to code we needed to use custom HTML, CSS & Javascript but know we just need to drag & drop the widgets & those are automatically generated by the OutSystems.
Outsystem's capabilities and ease of use are beyond match!
What do you like best about the product?
Outsystems is easy to use and spares precious time from not having to deal with many distracting and time-consuming tasks, allowing me to focus on the design and business logic, to achieve the best possible product for the clients. It is reliable and supported by an ever-growing community that makes ready-made solutions such as integrations and other components easy to use and adapt.
What do you dislike about the product?
The CSS code editor could use some improvement. The UI for adjusting CSS properties makes it easy to involuntarily apply inline styles, which in the end do not contribute to sustainable code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Each client has different needs and while Outsystems provides handy accelerators for common tasks and UI patterns, you can easily adapt to create or even build from scratch, custom solutions that address each business requirement. Outsystems provides considerable contribute in keeping the business logic and code organized, easy to debug and change, even in large and complex projects.
I feel good about Full Stack Development in Outsystems in easy way.
What do you like best about the product?
I was building various applications like Reactive, Traditional, and Mobile Applications in Single Environment. Since, It is in cloud access, I can access it anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I sometimes stuck with problems, Only outsystems website have some of the solutions/ideas but other sources can't. I recommend OutSystems have to improve the source of learning/ideas/information/solution other than forums and components.

Ousystems improved most of our time-consuming part in the User Interface by providing different widgets and visual ways of developing logic as well as debugging.

What do you like best about the product?
React Native and mobile apps are helpful and some supported native forge components are very easy to integrate with the apps

Integration studio. it should be in same service studio and user friendly code creation for developers who doesnt have any knowledge in the .net platform

Creating apps very faster and integration with third party are useful.

For me the best aspect is that you can focus on logic and problem solving without the restriction of traditional code

One part that i believe that needs improvement is the act of merge, a lot of problems would vanish with some kind of branching

What do you like best about the product?
OutSystems provides an awesome low code experience. It's an agile, quick and guided platform that facilitates software and application development. The actual stage of maturity of the development environment is ahead of any of its competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being a low code platform, its pre-developed modules are limited. It is true that there is the possibility of developing and integrate with different tech languages and softwares, but there are limitations

OutSystems is allowing my company to present solutions for our clients in an agile, fast paced and eficient way. It is very easy to develop applications front-end and to change it according to clients specifications.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of understanding that it brings. When you do an application on Outsystems a lot of the trivial code is gone and you can focus on what really delivers value to the client and end-users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that in the efforts to make Outsystems accessible to programmers of areas that are not IT-related they lost some very useful features like recursive data structures and generics.

The main problem Outsystems solve is to make the skeleton of a web app or mobile application up and running very fast without making it difficult for you to customize it to the client wished after this.
