Life changer experience
What do you like best about the product?
How fast it is to do most of things such as implementing complex developments, and specially doing frontend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having specific ways to solve problems that could be solved more easily with 2 or 3 lines of code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reusability problems, fast developing and reactive widgets that are easily customized. It makes my life easier because i'm a frontend developer so most of the widgets that I have to build are already or partially made.
Start in IT with Low Code
What do you like best about the product?
I've been working for an IT company and OutSystems since I graduated from university. I'd never seen anything create applications as quickly as OutSystems.
Now, after 8 years, I really don't remember how fast programming is in other languages.
The best thing about OutSystems for me is the fast programming and the ability to be at the customer and show them something after a 1-hour meeting and validate with them if it is what they want.

What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of commitment that many of the guys who put plugins on the forge have with the quality and maintainability of the components they provide. OutSystems, in my opinion, should establish some ground rules for components before making them available to developers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Specifically, the time to market issue. OutSystems helps us deliver faster and achieve time to market more easily with our customers. I now that with other programing languages this processes are slower.

there is no more documentation about the widget's features
widgets are not too customizable, say, for example, date input, we have only month date year format, and we can't change that

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the development was lengthy process in our code and late delivery , but there in outsystems easy to develope and timely delievry which increases the business performance

What do you like best about the product?
Outsystems is always found to be more interesting. If you think you know everything since it is a low code no code then you're wrong. Because Outsystems offers many features to be known. There is a database inside, built-in css styles, UI widgets, simple way to create expose and consume APIs using REST, SOAP and SAP. Forge - a part of Outsystems helps to get the connectors to most of the external systems to integrate with. Service Center - One stop to monitor, configure and check logs of your application. Lifetime - Just a one click deployment for the applications from one environment to another. It is really worth to give a try and learn outsystems. It is a free software you could install and learn and play with application development. I love Outsystems!!!!!! Thank you!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no major things that I don't like in outsystems. Only few enhancements could make Outsystems still more better tool for application development.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Memorize the syntax :( is the most difficult for me. Outsystems don't want me to remember the syntax just go write the logic and enjoy coding. Application development is becoming easier and interesting because of Outsystems for me. Also going for training to learn from outside is no more required. Outsystems offers free training and exercises to try it out and develop in free software.

What do you like best about the product?
We can easily design responsive web applications and user interfaces with Outsystems. Additionally, it helps in planning out complex tasks. One of the better platforms for developing logic is Outsystems.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some UI fields that we cannot integrate with OutSystems.It isn't easy to connect with specific other codes as well. I think that while java script implementation in OutSystems is simple, implementing large libraries is more challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using OutSystems, you can avoid writing a lot of line-by-line code. In addition, OutSystems offers a community forum and forge where you can get help with your queries.

Reviewing Outsystems - Low Code Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Outsystems for more than one year, and this is a great platform to work on. This is a low code platform; the best thing is its community. You can quickly solve your problem using Outsystems.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no such dislike about the Outsystems. It provides AI Mentor Studio that is helpful to find out about the security or performance issue in your code so that you can refactor your code accordingly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outsystems is solving many problems first this is a low code platform and it is really easy to create large applications in lesser days. There is Case Management Framework that Outsystems provides to developer that contains pre workflow logic that can be used in applications

What do you like best about the product?
The way outsystems create a complete flow of performing crud operations just by dragging the entity to the screen is the most helpful feature for me; apart from that, working with aggregates in the service studio is very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes feel difficulty working with timers and processes because it does not trigger the process when there is a missing dependency of any module; it confused me several times to identify why the process has not triggered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outsystems is solving the problem of creating a well-architectured application by the recommendations and the status report of modules shown in the architecture dashboard.
Low Code easy to use platform OutSystems
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing which forced me to work with OutSystems is the drop and drag feature of the crud operation of any database entity, because of which we can create our application simple crud operations so easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I found to be the drawback is we do not get any message regarding the dependencies not used by the application so that we can remove them to add a plus point to our performance.

Firstly, the crud operation required for any simple web application to run is already built-in.
Secondly, most of the elements we may need several hours to create using HTML and CSS here get those in the form of widgets we can use in our application.
Thirdly, we can use APIs or any other external database to efficiently maintain our data using OutSystems to build our apps and websites, which saves time.
Lastly, we can use multilingual features if we want the web application to be in different languages effortlessly.

Best Low code platform
What do you like best about the product?
Service studio is very easy to use, got workflow builder and intergration studio which makes application development very quick. Easy to learn if you have little knowledge about Java, html and css.

There is not much to dislike. But in every application or platform there is room for improvement. So hoping to find new features that would help in development and deployment.

Outsystems made application development very easy and quick. I have developed a basic with in a matter of minutes that came out good. Can easy make you excited about development.
