Easy, fast and ai. Everyone can code, so its accessible to everyone

Dependencies. High licesing prices, unattracts customers

I used Out systems for more than 6 years but I still have to explain to a lot of people what is it
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Out systems for more than 6 years with different clients in the finance sector. It is easy to use and the platform has great support. I see a quick increase of skills for new developers. It also allows to include custom code making it a enterprise level platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
In an era of AI, people start to question the need of a platform like OutSystems. It seems that it didn't yet reach the general community.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OutSystems provides quick development capabilities even for developers with low experience in coding. It is easy to implement a lot of different types of features.

debugging in reactive/ODC apps, and version control can feel restrictive compared to traditional coding

OutSystems solves the challenge of slow, resource-heavy applications. This benefits me as a developer by reducing repetitive tasks, speeding up POCs, and allowing me to focus more on business value and problem-solving rather than boilerplate coding.
