What do you like best about the product?
The tool offers an intuitive interface that simplifies defining API requests and their components, the added ability of having different types of Authorizations. The Runner feature is the icing on the cake, it not only allows repeated execution of endpoints but also supports the use of dynamic data using CSV. Additionally, the built-in branching and version management capabilities make team collaboration seamless. Overall, the application is highly user-friendly and effectively meets over 90% of the requirements.

I haven’t noticed any major drawbacks in the desktop app or website. However, the interface can occasionally feel cluttered, with too many action items spread across the screen. A cleaner and more streamlined layout could enhance the overall user experience.

What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is that it can become a bit resource-heavy when working with very large collections or running multiple scripts at once. Also, while the free version is quite capable, some advanced collaboration features require a paid plan. Occasionally, the interface can feel slightly cluttered when juggling many requests and collections, but it’s manageable.

Essential Tool for Front-End and Back-End Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I find Postman’s interface quite easy to use, which helps me integrate my back-end logic with the front end efficiently. I appreciate how Postman aids in debugging by allowing me to analyze logs and identify errors quickly, making problem-solving much faster. The self-explanatory error codes are particularly helpful for troubleshooting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the initial setup process for Postman a bit challenging, particularly with the need to handle XCRF tokens and ensure that both my backend system and Postman are logged in with the same IDs. It posed a moderate difficulty when I first started using it. Additionally, I wish Postman could be more user-friendly by offering features like themes and color-changing modes to enhance the user interface. Although it's possible these features exist and I simply haven't discovered them yet, they are changes I feel would improve the experience.
