Great for API Testing and Integration, Occasionally Slow Performance
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about postman that i like is API testing if frontend is not build or working. It is very easy to use for dev, prod and testing env. Implementation of testcases are also good. Easily Integrated with the technologies use. Customer Support is also very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have such dislike about postman, but it has sometimes slow performance. I think Postman team is working on it

Postman is solving API Testing at different stages of product example development, testing and production and also it has been used by me in transferring the api responses to my team members because my current role is software developer
Best Tool for API Testing and Development
What do you like best about the product?
Postman makes API testing easy and quick. I can send requests, see responses, and fix issues easily. The design is simple, and collections help me organize and save time when working with many APIs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Postman is slow when opening big collections. Also, some advanced features are only in the paid plan, but the free version is still good for most work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Postman helps me test and debug APIs without writing code. It saves time and makes sure my backend services are working correctly. I can also share API requests easily with my team.

Developing and testing APIs in Postman is extremely easy and efficient. Additionally, it allows us to manage the workflow of our APIs seamlessly.

When we test APIs connected to heavily loaded databases, Postman struggles to handle large volumes of data.

Postman has very simple user interface that helps us to easily test modify our api and efficiently we can check our api or clint api is working or not.
Perfect API Testing Tool with Seamless Cloud Sync
What do you like best about the product?
I am using it on daily basis. This is the best tool for developer to test API -- you don`t even need to contact support - there are no bugs at all. I never had any issues with it. Also everything is synchronized in cloud so changing laptop is not a problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing. This product is just perfect. Never seen any issues

I can easily learn how to integrate to any other API with their postman collection - I can do integrations faster so I am happy to use it

What do you like best about the product?
Postman has made API testing super easy. The user interface is intuitive, and the wide range of features makes it a one-stop shop for both beginners and advanced users. The ease of integration with different services and platforms is a huge plus. I use it almost daily, and the tools for automation and testing are fantastic. implementation is also very easy , you don't need any documentation for that.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup and complexity of some advanced features can be overwhelming for new users. However, the extensive documentation and community support make it easier to get the hang of things over time. and the customer support is great whenever I've run into issues, the support team has been quick to respond with helpful solutions.

Postman has saved me a lot of time and effort in testing and automating API requests. It helps me catch errors earlier and improve collaboration across teams. With better integration and automation, it’s become an essential tool in my API development process.

Limited version control,no native support for GraphQL subscription or websockets and also not ideal for full CI/CD integration out-of-the-box.

I have used both SwaggerUI and Postman for API testing, and I can confidently say that Postman offers the most intuitive UI and rich set of features. It allows saving requests, identifying potential errors before execution, and provides an overall smoother testing experience — something SwaggerUI doesn’t support.

While Postman is excellent for manual and exploratory API testing, I find that it can become slightly heavy when working with large collections or extensive automation.
